AbstractThis study aims to identify and analyze the role of perception of transformational leadership and creative self-efficacy of employee (lecturer) creativity. The research methodology used is explanatory research through hypothesis testing. The object and population of this study are Bung Hatta University Lecturers. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with sample criteria was Bung Hatta University Lecturer who had working period  more than 1 (one) year (n = 170). The data analysis technique in this study use SEM-PLS (Smart PLS). This study consists of three hypotheses and the research results obtained from the study of perceptions of transformational leadership has no effect on employee creativity, Creative self-efficacy has a positive effect on employee creativity and creative self-efficacy mediates the relationship of perception of transformational leadership on employee creativity.Keywords : perception of transformational leadership, employee creativity , Creative self-efficacy

The research conducted aims to determine the role of creative self-efficacy in the dissemination of transformational leadership towards the creativity of employees. This research was conducted on employees of CV. Amertham with a sample number of 49 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated. Data collection is obtained from the results of the dissemination of questionnaires directly to employees of CV. Amertham. Analysis of the data used is a path analysis or path analysis. The results of the study showed that creative self-efficacy has a positive effect on the influence of the transformation of transformational leadership on employee creativity. Efforts to improve the creativity of employees, companies especially leaders or major directors of companies should be able to better apply the style of transformational leadership to creative self-efficacy of employees who can thrive and employees believe in their creativity. The main leader or director in the company should be able to better implement the Transformational leadership style, this is so that the creative efficacy of the employees can thrive and employees are confident of their creativity. Purpose This study aims to investigate the effect of organizational identification to employees’ innovative behavior, the mediating role of work engagement and the moderating role of creative self-efficacy in the relationship between organizational identification and employees’ innovative behavior. Design/methodology/approach This study adopted questionnaires to gather data. The sample of 289 employees working in diverse organizations in China was applied to examine the hypotheses. Findings The results indicates that organizational identification is positively related to employees’ innovative behavior and work engagement mediates the relationship between organizational identification and employees’ innovative behavior. In addition, creative self-efficacy enhances the relationship of work engagement and employees’ innovative behavior. Originality/value This study builds a system from psychological aspect to behavior, which includes the effect of individual cognition to explain the mechanism of organizational identification on employees’ innovative behavior.
