Technology’s rapid advancement has transformed the global economy, making it more futuristic. Companies must be dedicated to serving customers in an increasingly advanced industrial environment. The realization of repurchase intention is heavily influenced by consumer satisfaction. This study aims to describe the influence of four important perceptual factors on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction in the Go-Food application. An online questionnaire was used to collect the data, with a total sample size of 200 respondents. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). According to the results, perceived of price and perceived usefulness have a substantial effect on customer satisfaction, while perceived informativeness and perceived ease of use have no significant impact. Ketersediaan informasi yang relevan pada suatu pasar modal khususnya pada sekuritas yang diperdagangkan sangatlah penting bagi investor, sehingga pasar modal dapat dikatakan efisien. Karakteristik investor dapat mengakibatkan pergerakan harga saham. Investor yang bersifat irasional dalam berinvestasi dapat menyebabkan terjadinya makret overreaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keberadaan market overreaction pada IDX 30 periode penelitian 2016-2019. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan mendapat sampel sebanyak 17 dari 45 populasi perusahaan yang terdaftar pada indeks IDX 30 selama 8 semester. Penelitian ini menggunakan abnormal returns winner, loser, dan loser-winner sebagai variabel penelitian. Pengujian statsitik untuk menguji perbedaan kumulasi rata-rata abnormal return saham winner, loser, dan loser-winner dengan menggunakan uji one sample t-test. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan gejala market overreaction pada ACAR portofolio winner, loser, dan ACAR loser-winner yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya pembalik harga (Price Reversal) pada setiap ACAR, namun pengujian signifikansi one sample t-test menunjukkan market overreaction yang terjadi tidaklah signifikan, yang ditunjukkan oleh t-hitung < t-tabel.                      Kata kunci: Market overreaction, Efisiensi Pasar, Price Reversal, Anomali Winner-Loser

Production planning is series of activities to determine a production strategy to meet consumer demand. An optimal production resulting in maximum profit. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal production combination at UD. Serayu in Pejaten Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency. This study uses linear programming analysis and analysis of calculating business net income. Based on the results of linear programming analysis using POMQM for Windows, the company's optimal production combination are 30,000 units, Terracotta Bricks 4,536 units, Pressed Roof Tile 24,600 units and Bubungan (roof) 20,400 units. The net profit generated for one month is Rp. 71,208,038.02 while the net profit generated by producing the optimal number of product combinations is Rp. 75,849,726.02. Linear programming analysis helps companies determine the optimal production combination for limited resources and analysis of net profit helps to compare operating profits before and after the optimal production combination. Salah satu informasi yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap perekonomian Indonesia adalah kebijakan pemerintah untuk menurunkan harga Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM). Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengumuman penurunan harga BBM dapat menciptakan perolehan Abnormal return yang signifikan sebelum, saat dan sesudah pengumuman penurunan harga BBM tanggal 31 januari 2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan yang masuk dalam IDX30 dengan menggunakan metode sensus mendapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 15 perusahaan. Periode jendela peristiwa yang digunakan yaitu selama 11 hari (lima hari sebelum, hari h, lima hari sesudah)  dengan teknik analisis data one sample t-test untuk menguji signifikansi Abnormal return sebelum, saat dan sesudah peristiwa. Berdasarkan hasil uji one sample t-test menunjukkan hasil  bahwa tidak terdapatnya Abnormal return  yang signifikan selama periode peristiwa sehingga tidak terjadi reaksi pasar disekitaran periode pengumuman penurunan harga BBM Kata kunci: Pengumuman penurunan harga BBM, Abnormal return, event study.

A person's job satisfaction is influenced by several aspects, such as having the motivation and professional commitment needed to encourage a professional to do his job and develop the abilities he has in doing his job. This research is conducted at the Klungkung District General Hospital with 120 civil servant nurses as a sample using nonprobability sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed by path analysis. The results show that Professional Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction; Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction; Professional Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation; and Professional Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Nurse Job Satisfaction mediated by Work Motivation. Perusahaan perlu melakukan pendekatan kepada konsumen dalam upaya membentuk brand awareness di benak konsumen melalui iklan agar konsumen mudah mengenali merek suatu produk diantara merek lainnya. Konsumen cenderung membeli merek suatu produk yang masih dikenal bagi mereka.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan peran brand awareness memediasi pengaruh daya tarik iklan online terhadap niat beli Madanty Fashion. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Jumlah sampel yang ditentukan adalah sebanyak 140 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, variabel daya tarik iklan online berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand awareness begitu pula terhadap niat beli. Variabel brand awareness juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli. Variabel brand awareness memediasi daya tarik  iklan online terhadap niat beli secara parsial. Kata kunci: daya tarik iklan online, brand awareness, niat beli.

Financial literacy is financial knowledge and capability that affects efforts to improve financial well-being. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence that financial literacy, financial planning, and income have an effect on financial well-being. The data used in the research is primary data which was collected by conducting a survey in the form of distributing questionnaires and interviews with female teachers in Denpasar City. The sample is determined by the nonprobability sampling technique, quota sampling type. This study uses data analysis techniques Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) software. This study shows that financial literacy, financial planning, and income have a positive and significant effect on the financial welfare of female teachers in Denpasar City. The implications of the theoretical research results add to the reference to empirical research on the concept of financial literacy and welfare theory. This shows that financial literacy which includes the knowledge, skills, and beliefs of individuals in managing their finances will influence financial decisions that will be made to achieve the expected financial well-being. The research objective was to analyze the effect of role conflict on employee job satisfaction through work stress mediation. This causality-associative research conducted at the Gianyar Regency Land Office involved 87 respondents with the sampling method using saturated sampling techniques. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire, and analyzed using descriptive analysis, analysis of structural equation modeling (SEM) based on PLS. Research proves that role conflict and job stress have a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, role conflict has a positive and significant effect on job stress and job stress is able to mediate the effect of role conflict on job satisfaction. Research proves that Gianyar Regency needs to increase employee job satisfaction, especially in increasing their PPNPN interest in carrying out their assigned work, needs to pay attention to the way employees do their work, and needs to pay attention to communication between employees and superiors. Trend fashion yang terus berkembang  silih berganti, membuat perusahaan perlu menerapkan strategi pemasarakn yang optimal. Strategi marketing mix merupakan alat dasar berupa seperangkat variabel terkontrol yang digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk mencapai pasar sasaran. Suatu kepuasan konsumen sangat berpengaruh terhadap penjualan perusahaan. Setiap perusahaan dituntut untuk mengerti dan memahami strategi pemasaran yang tepat agar konsumen merasa puas dan terjadi niat pembelian ulang sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran kepuasan konsumen dalam memediasi pengaruh marketing mix terhadap niat beli ulang.Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang didapat dengan menyebar kuisioner, secara offline (secara langsung) dan online (google form) kepada responden yaitu konsumen dewata kaos yang berdomisili di kota Denpasar dengan sampel sebanyak 110 orang, menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dan Uji Sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kepuasan konsumen mampu memediasi pengaruh marketing mix terhadap niat beli ulang pada produk Dewata Kaos di Denpasar. The purpose of this study is to determine the right strategy in dealing with changes in consumer behavior from conventional to online shopping, conducted at Govinda Sport Denpasar. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive approach. Data collected through in-depth interviews and using Zoom. The informans were determined by purposive sampling. The results show that online shopping provides time efficiency, more product variants and better communication however, consumer cannot see physical condition of the goods directly and the risk of goods being damaged during delivery. Govinda Sport has implemented Marketing Mix strategy in conventional and online stores but the profit obtained from online business are still far less, this is due to the low level of sales and there is no staff who have expertise in digital marketing. The management should hire digital marketing expert, doing promotions on Instagram and encouraging consumers to purchase through online store in marketplace.
