Sukabumi District located in Southern West Java known as a region that has diverse natural characteristics, however, it is vulnerable to disasters, especially landslides. Moreover, this study focuses on Cisolok District because this region always occurred landslides every year due to topography aspect. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of geomorphology to landslide-prone area in Cisolok District to reduce landslides. This study used overlay analysis for geomorphology mapping, while the Frequency Ratio (FR) method used for landslide-prone area mapping. Several physical variables used in this study such as slope, elevation, lithology, geological structure, road network, stream network, land use, soil type, rainfall, and landslide location. The result shows that the study areas have diverse geomorphology units dominated by volcanic slope with steep topography. While landslide-prone area consist of four classes : namely 17,03% low, 62,05% medium, 14,4% high, and 6,51% very high. Variety of landslide vulnerability in study area influenced by terrain form, land genesis, and geomorphic process.

Urban greenspace has consistently been argued to be of great importance to the wellbeing, health, and daily lives of residents and users. This paper reports results from a study that combined the visualisation of public results from a study that combined the visualisation of public greenspace with environmental economics, and that aimed to develop a method by which realistic computer models of sites could be used within preference studies. As part of a methodology that employed contingent rating to establish the values placed on specific greenspace sites, three-dimensional computer models were used to produce visualisations of particular environmental conditions. Of particular importance to the study was the influence of variables including lighting, season, time of day, and weather on the perception of respondents. This study followed previous work that established a suitable approach to the modelling and testing of entirely moveable physical variables within the built environment. As such, the study has established firmly that computer-generated visualisations are appropriate for use within environmental economic surveys, and that there is potential for a holistic range of attributes to be included in such studies.

The present paper offers a continuum modelling of trap-affected hydrogen diffusion in metals and alloys, accounting for different physical variables of both macroscopic nature (i.e., related to continuum mechanics, e.g., stress and strain) and microscopic characteristics (material microstructure, traps, etc.). To this end, the model of hydrogen diffusion assisted by the gradients of both hydrostatic stress and cumulative plastic strain,stress-and-strain assisted hydrogen diffusion, proposed and frequently used by the authors of the present paper (Toribio & Kharin) is analysed in addition to other well-known models such as those proposed by (i) McNabb & Foster, (ii) Oriani, (iii) Leblond & Dubois, (iv) Sofronis & McMeeking, (v) Krom and Bakker, showing their physical and mathematical differences and similarities to account for different physical variables.
