Abstract The aim of the study is to scientifically substantiate the need to use the axiomatic approach when choosing and studying the processes of centralized dispatching control of technological parameters for a complex of flotation machines. During the research, the au-thors performed: comparison of a real object and its properties with the classical control axioms of system analysis; substantiated the use of a hierarchical structure of interrelated technological parameters and their application for situational management. Methods of classical control axioms of system analysis were used for the research. The authors formu-lated the criteria for situational management, the concept of visualization in the dispatching system. The results obtained allow us to assert that the implementation of the Ross-Ashby principle significantly increases the controllability of technological processes with a large number of units and measured parameters.

Background: Compliance to modern requirements to quality of motor oil to depends largely on level of automation of industrial process of their preparation. Existing and really functioning refinery processing units provide constancy of the target numerical index of the viscosity of oil only when the mix formulation of production is strictly observed. In mix formulation, the flow parameters of the base oil and additives are determined, the temperature in the reactor and the preparation time also exerts impact the technological process. Refinery processing units of production of motor oil of the type in question don't provide possible changes of flowrate of components in the reactor, which leads to a viscosity factor deviation from the desired one. Stringent control of technological process of production of motor oil provides: high stability of a product, good torque properties at low temperatures, necessary viscosity within working temperatures. Materials and methods: The system analysis of the technological process is carried out on the basis of the experimental data of operation of the unit for obtaining motor oil. The optimal control system is developed on the basis of the mathematical model of the research object in the software package of the SCADA-system Trace Mode. Results: Automated control system for the production of motor oil is developed based on Trace Mode which includes: a screen for setting technological parameters, a mnemonic diagram of the process, a control program. The realized program exercises control of process of giving in the reactor of base oil and additives, alarm on flow rate, control of the temperature of the mixture of base oil and additives in the reactor, carries out turning on of the engine of the mixing device, and also realizes the timer of preparation time of oil. Conclusions: Employment of the motor oil received by means of the embedded system will help to avoid: impurities of engines, corrosive wear when using high-sulphur fuel, breakdown.

The article renders the special features of the design of a tracked mobile robot (MR) for moving over inclined ferromagnetic surfaces while performing specified technological operations. There is conducted a synthesis of the functional structure and selective technological parameters (such as control coordinates) of the computerized monitoring and control system (CMCS) intended for use with this MR. Application of the CMCS with the proposed functional structure allows substantially increasing the accuracy of the MR monitoring and control, which in turn provides for a considerable enhancement in the quality and economic efficiency of the operations on processing of large ferromagnetic surfaces.

The roller and sieve machines most commonly used in Russia for the post-harvest processing of root and tuber crops and onions have a number of disadvantages, the main one being a decrease in the quality of sorting due to the contamination of working bodies, which increases the quantity of losses during sorting and storage. To obtain high-quality competitive production, it is necessary to combine a number of technological operations during the sorting process, such as dividing the material into classes and fractions by quality and size, as well as identifying and removing damaged products. In order to improve the quality of sorting of root tubers and onions by size, it is necessary to ensure the development of an automatic control system for operating and technological parameters, the use of which will eliminate manual sorting on bulkhead tables in post-harvest processing. To fulfill these conditions, the developed automatic control system must have the ability to identify the material on the sorting surface, taking into account external damage and ensuring the automatic removal of impurities. In this study, the highest sorting accuracy of tubers (of more than 91%) was achieved with a forward speed of 1.2 m/s for the conveyor of the sorting table, with damage to 2.2% of the tubers, which meets the agrotechnical requirements for post-harvest processing. This feature distinguishes the developed device from similar ones.

This work reviews the innovative and progressive methods of determination and analysis of safety objectives using Vilnius A-SMGCS example. The aim of the analysis is to determine how failures in this system could affect flight safety in Vilnius aerodrome. Identified safety objectives will limit the frequency of occurrence of hazards enough for the associated risk to be acceptable, and will ensure that appropriate mitigation means are reflected subsequently as Safety Requirements for the system. Analysis reflects aspects of A-SMGCS Safety objectives, which should be taken into consideration. Santrauka Darbe apžvelgiami progresyvūs saugos tikslų analizės metodai pagal Vilniaus aerodromo automatizuotos antžeminio eismo stebėjimo ir kontrolės sistemos veiklos pavyzdį. Analizuojama, kaip šios sistemos sutrikimai gali paveikti skrydžių saugą Vilniaus aerodrome. Remiantis galimų pavojų skrydžių saugai analize, tyrime nustatyti saugos tikslai, pagal kuriuos vėliau bus numatomos riziką mažinančios priemonės (galimų pavojų neutralizavimui ar kylančios rizikos sumažinimui iki priimtino lygio). Straipsnyje pateikiami veiksniai, kuriuos reikėtų įvertinti nustatant aerodromo automatizuotos antžeminio eismo stebėjimo ir kontrolės sistemos saugos tikslus.
