Abstract In this paper, a time domain-processing method is introduced for the dynamic calibration based on Hopkinson bar and shock tube. With a group of accelerometer and pressure sensor data processed in our work, the algorithm for establishing dynamic mathematical model is described in detail. “Generalized least square method for special whitening filter” and the simulation results are given. It shows that this method has the characteristics of simplicity and accuracy, and is especially suitable for the establishment of difference equation model in the data processing of dynamic calibration experiment.

In NC milling process, tool wear has great influence on the machining quality of product. In this paper, a mapping measurement method is used to obtain tool wear and a data processing method is proposed to deal with the data getting from the measurement. First, tool wear along radius of tool’s cross-section, which is called radial wear, can be obtained by mapping measurement method. Then tool flank wear can be easily calculated based on the established relationship between radial wear and flank wear. In order to get radial wear, we process those measured data that are obtained from mapping measurement. In this process, least square method is adopted to fit these data to get the radius of section circle at a certain position. So the radial wear can be obtained by comparing the radius of the fitting circle and the original radius of tool at a certain section. Finally, the data processing software is realized by using Visual C++ development tool according to the designed data processing method of tool wear.

A method of optimal idea, in the paper, is used to process geomagnetic sensor data. The curve fitting by use of the method is more convenient than least square method (LSM). It adapts especially to process nonlinear curve fitting. Circular curve equation is fitted depending on a set of geomagnetic sensor data. It proves that the way is convenient and feasible

In this paper, applying planar straightness error assessment methods, in other words, the principle of minimum conditions and roundness error approach, further more, the least square circle will be used to the idea of space. By establishing the two space mathematical models to deal with the long-tube straightness error. It dramatically solves the problem to the space straightness error. In practice, the use of the ideas of the software can gain high accurate and high precise data, it can also consistent with the actual situation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Etika Pegawai, Pelayanan Publik dan Reformasi Birokrasi terhadap Penerapan Zona Integritas. Pengaruh Etika Pegawai, Pelayanan Publik dan Reformasi Birokrasi terhadap Penerapan Zona Integritas pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengunjung dan keluarga nara-pidana Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar. Jumlah pengunjung yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini adalah 55 orang. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Random Sampling, sedangkan metode pengolahan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Etika Pegawai dan Pelayanan Publik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Penerapan Zona Integritas di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar.     This study examines the effect of employee ethics and the improvement of public services on the implementation of the integrity zone. The effect of employee ethics, and improvement of public services on the implementation of integrity zone on Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas 1 Makassar. Respondents in this study were Makassar class in penitentiary visitors. the number of visitors who sampled this study was 55 people. the method of determining the sample used in this study is simple random sampling, while the data processing method used by researchers is multiple regression analysis. the results of this study indicate that employee ethics and public services have a significant effect on the implementation of the integrity zone in Makassar class in penitentiary.
