Warehouse management is an important content in the electric energy measuring center standardization construction and a very important part in the full life cycle management of electrical energy measuring instruments. By introducing intelligent warehousing technology, a kind of standardized work flows was proposed based on the production characteristics of the instruments. It combines with the advantages which are high degree of automation and highly integrated. The work flow specificities the new share energy meter storage process, energy meter of storage processes for Verification, as well as distribution warehousing processes. The overall architecture of Energy Metering Centre production scheduling platform was proposed which divided into field equipment layer, monitoring and management layer, production scheduling layer. The design of the layers were introduced.

For the sake of real-time online monitoring the operating state and parameters of electric energy metering devices, detecting the abnormal states of devices, predicting the trend of electric energy metering device error, and changing the traditional management mode for electric energy metering devices, which adopts the cycle test rotation mechanism, this paper has proposed a state management system of electric energy metering device based on NI CompactRIO platform. The proposed system can implement real-time online management for monitoring the measurement error of electric energy meter, data acquisition of electric energy meter, test of Secondary Voltage Drop and Secondary Load of PT, test of Secondary Load of CT, video monitoring, measurement of temperature humidity, measurement of space magnetic, etc. The system combines CompactRIO platform and electric energy metering devices to acquire, monitor and analyze the real-time online data corresponding to electric energy meter, CT, PT and secondary loop. And the Energy metering error and the evaluation of parameters of electric energy metering device are calculated by the CPU, and the data is exchanged with the remote station by communication network. So the system improves the management efficiency and benefits of electric energy metering devices.

Management systems have long had widespread acceptance in many industries for various applications: notably quality, safety and environment. In recent years, the onshore pipeline industry has started adopting management system principles for the management of pipeline integrity. This paper discusses the rationale for adopting a systems approach to safety and presents a safety and loss management system template that may be used for the full life cycle of a pipeline, from concept to abandonment.

The analysis of the accumulated long-term experience in the construction and operation of high-rise buildings reveals not only the engineering specificity of such projects, but also systemic problems in the field of project management. Most of the project decisions are made by the developer and the investor in the early stages of the life cycle - from the acquisition of the site to the start of operation, so most of the participants in the construction and operation of the high-rise building are far from the strategic life-cycle management of the project. The solution of these tasks due to the informatization of management has largely exhausted its efficiency resource. This is due to the fact that the applied IT-systems automated traditional "inherited" processes and management structures, and, in addition, they were focused on informatization of the activities of the construction company, rather than the construction project. Therefore, in the development of high-rise buildings, the tasks of researching approaches and methods for managing the full life cycle of projects that will improve their competitiveness become topical. For this purpose, the article substantiates the most promising approaches and methods of informational modeling of high-rise construction as a basis for managing the full life cycle of this project. Reengineering of information interaction schemes for project participants is considered; formation of a unified digital environment for the life cycle of the project; the development of systems for integrating data management and project management.
