Purpose: Analysis and determination of the main modern international safety requirements that must be met in the design, development and operation of industrial equipment management systems, as well as confirmation of the need for further improvement of the domestic regulatory framework in this area. Methodology/approach: Performed analysis of the requirements of modern international standards (IEC 62061 and IEC 61508) on the safety of electrical, electronic and programmable electronic control systems for industrial equipment and the existing sequence of protection against hazards; the algorithm of step-by-step realization of control systems and the basic features of the organization of their structures at the level of functional blocks and subsystems for maintenance of necessary level of completeness of functional safety are defined; the peculiarities of the process of design and development of each of the subsystems and the algorithm of its execution are analyzed; defined algorithms for estimating the probability of dangerous accidental hardware failures for the recommended basic architecture of subsystems (type A, B, C and D) and for the control system itself; provided recommendations on the composition of the specification of safety requirements in the design of control systems; reviewed software requirements. Conclusions: The analysis of the features of functioning and application of modern international safety standards, which must be observed in the design, development and operation of industrial equipment management systems convincingly confirms the relevance and need for further improvement of domestic regulations in this area. Research results:  Modern requirements for the organization of the control system structure at the level of functional units and subsystems to ensure the required level of completeness of functional safety of electrical, electronic and programmable electronic control systems for industrial equipment are determined, as well as features of application the of algorithms for estimating the probability of dangerous accidental failures of control systems and their subsystems. Practical implications: The development and implementation of relevant national standards based on IEC 62061 and IEC 61508 should accelerate the further development of technical progress in Ukraine in the field of industrial safety. Originality/value: Defining the main features of the functioning of modern international safety standards, which must be observed in the design, development and operation of industrial equipment control systems; Appropriate recommendations for their practical application are provided; Substantiated and confirmed the relevance and importance of the development of relevant harmonized national standards based on the standards IEC 62061 and IEC 61508.

This research is at the ontological level and sociological level of the implementation of supply chain and logistics equipment for disaster management that are very significant in reducing risk of natural disaster in Indonesia. The problem is very interesting to be analyzed by conducting a descriptive qualitative research. The research used the theory of public policy, smart governance, and supply chain management and logistics. The data were collected using in-depth interview to several key informants, direct observation, and related documentation. The data were analyzed using interactive models, which were data reduction, data display, and data verification, supported by triangulation to obtain validity and reliability. The results were based on ontology, epistemology, and sociology using smart governance perspective by empowering supply chain and logistic to improve disaster management in Indonesia. Vision and mission of public policies related to natural disaster are needed to complete the facilities of prevention, equipment management and logistics supervision, providing information to stakeholders regarding regulations and sanctions in natural disaster that were carried out deliberately and balanced provision of disaster management. Therefore, it will produce a revised and detailed relevant regulation for state agencies as public officials in making regulations on natural disaster and disaster management in Indonesia. The researchers suggest that state institutions must conduct and cover smart governance in making regulations on disaster management.

Objective: To explore the application value of QR code electronic manuals in operating theater equipment management and training. Methods: The control group adopted the traditional management mode. Training was carried out before each device was put into use in the department. A unified operation process and a paper card manual for common faults were formulated and hung next to each device. For the observation group, the electronic manuals generated by the QR code were pasted on the operating theater equipment for management and training. The management and training effect was compared between the two groups. Results: The efficiency of equipment management and training using the QR code electronic manuals was significantly higher than that of traditional training, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion: The QR code manuals are very effective in operating theater equipment management and training. They can be read and learned in time to improve the operating theater equipment utilization rate, accuracy rate, and equipment management and training quality.

It is an important reflection of modern education and an overwhelming way to strengthen the quality of teaching. In the current environment, the traditional multimedia classroom management model can no longer adapt to the current rapidly developing network environment. How to manage more and more campus multimedia classrooms is an urgent problem to be solved. The informatization construction and application of multimedia classrooms is the key to the realization of educational informatization. The traditional multimedia classroom management model has not been able to adapt to the rapidly developing network environment, which is mainly manifested in the following aspects: electronic education management personnel cannot discover and process teaching in a timely manner. Equipment failure has not formed a set of standard troubleshooting procedures and cannot accurately record the status, use time, and maintenance records of various teaching pieces of equipment. This will not only affect the teaching quality of colleges and universities but also slow down the process of education informatization. This paper develops a web-based multimedia teaching equipment management system based on artificial intelligence and jQuery, which realizes the centralized control and management of various multimedia teaching equipment. According to the actual needs of multimedia teaching, this paper follows the design and development of software engineering, using artificial intelligence, jQuery, Ajax, and Spring MVC technology to design and develop a web-based multimedia teaching equipment management system. On the basis of realizing the centralized control and management of multiple multimedia teaching equipment, it can also track and record the use status and maintenance content of the multimedia teaching equipment to form an information knowledge base of the multimedia equipment, which is convenient for later maintenance and management. Through the use of this system, management can be systematized, standardized, and automated, reducing the tedious workload of management and maintenance personnel. It can speed up the information management process of multimedia teaching equipment and improve the work efficiency of related managers. A course can be studied online, and an online teaching system has been developed. According to our survey on Mandarin online course training in Northwest China (N = 343), we found that 81.6% of samples are satisfied with the Mandarin online training courses; 21.6% think that they have learned new teaching methods/teaching concepts from the teacher through the Mandarin training; 36.2% think that they have learned the theoretical knowledge of Mandarin through the Mandarin training. Gender, age, ethnicity, and learning experience are related to the difficulty of learning Mandarin online courses. Therefore, we can satisfy learners of different ages, learning foundations, and cultural backgrounds by designing different online course patterns, so as to enhance the high-quality promotion of Mandarin.
