At present, research on water environmental carrying capacity (WECC) at home and abroad mainly focuses on surface water carrying capacity and ignores groundwater pollution receiving capacity,which leads to the research results cannot objectively reflect the actual situation. This paper treated both surface water and groundwater as a whole research object; used analytic hierarchy process (AHP); selected surface water environmental capacity and groundwater pollution receiving capacity as the first level indicators; built the scoring system and weight system; and accomplished comprehensive carrying capacity assessment of water environment in Zhengzhou city. Assessment result shows that very low WECC zone reduces by 5.1 times, low WECC zone reduces by 1.1 times, medium WECC zone increases by 2.6 times, and very high WECC zone increases by 1.5 times compared with the result which considers surface water only. Therefore, treating both surface water and groundwater as a whole to evaluate the WECC is more in line with objective reality. It is also conducive to water environmental protection policy formulation.

The Vietnamese Catholic community is not only a religious community but also a traditional village with relationships based on kinship and/or sharing the same residential area, similar economic activities, and religious activities. In this essay, we are interested in examining migrating Catholic communities which were shaped and reshaped within the historical context of Viet Nam war in 1954. They were established after the migration of millions of Catholics from Northern to Southern Viet Nam immediately after Geneva Agreement in 1954. Therefore, by examining the particular structural traits of the emigration Catholic Communities we attempt to reconstruct the reproducing process of village structure based on the communities’ triple structure: kinship structure, governmental structure and religious organization.

Trên cơ sở nghiên cứu các tài liệu thứ cấp, bài viết đưa ra một số vấn đề lý luận về hoạt động giáo dục kỹ năng và tư duy sáng tạo (GDKN&TDST), đồng thời tìm hiểu thực trạng công tác giáo dục, phát triển kỹ năng, tư duy sáng tạo hiện nay ở Việt Nam. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy trong bối cảnh Cách mạng Công nghiệp lần thứ 4 (CMCN 4.0) đang diễn ra mạnh mẽ với những yêu cầu ngày càng cao về đội ngũ nguồn nhân lực chất lượng cao, các trường đại học, các tổ chức trong nước đã bắt đầu quan tâm đến việc phát triển các kỹ năng, tư duy sáng tạo. Điều này được thể hiện ở việc đã có nhiều trung tâm, viện nghiên cứu được thành lập tại các trường đại học. Trên cơ sở nghiên cứu thực trạng, bài viết đưa ra một số đề xuất cho hoạt động GDKN&TDST trong các trường đại học ở Việt Nam.

Nguồn gốc hoa văn sọc dọc trên vải chàm Matsusaka Nhật Bản và giả thuyết về mối quan hệ với thổ cẩm Việt Nam

Matsusaka momen (松阪木綿) là loại vải bông nổi tiếng của vùng Ise, Nhật Bản. Với đặc điểm là hoa văn sọc dọc lấy màu chàm làm chủ đạo, trong thế kỷ XVIII, chỉ riêng ở Edo, số lượng vải chàm Matsusaka được tiêu thụ hằng năm tương đương với một nửa dân số sống trong thành. Nhiều thương nhân xuất thân từ Matsusaka, nhờ buôn bán vải chàm và thuốc nhuộm, đã phát triển thành các tập đoàn thương mại lớn, tiêu biểu là dòng họ Mitsui. Một số nhà nghiên cứu Nhật Bản cho rằng nguồn gốc của hoa văn sọc trên vải chàm Matsusaka liên quan đến “liễu điều bố” do thương nhân Kadoya Shichirobee (角屋七郎兵衛,1610 -1672) gửi về từ Hội An. Bài viết này tổng kết nghiên cứu của tác giả trong 5 năm (2013-2018) liên quan đến nguồn gốc hoa văn trên vải chàm Matsusaka và trình bày giả thuyết về mối quan hệ của hoa văn này với vải thổ cẩm của Việt Nam Ngày nhận 29/3/2019; ngày chỉnh sửa 06/5/2019; ngày chấp nhận đăng 31/5/2019
