To organize the fluorimetric control of purification efficiency of water fraction received at oily waste processing, the fluorescence intensity characteristics have been investigated with lengths of waves equal to 300, 340, 440 nanometers in the range of excitement from 220 to 350 nanometers depending on the general organic carbon (GOC) content. It is shown that linear dependences with the greatest approximation reliability are observed at the following parameters (lengths of excitement and fluorescence waves, ranges of the GOC maintenance): 260–280 nm and 300 nm, 0–60 mg of GOC/l; 260–320 nm and 340 nm, 0–170 mg of GOC/l; 300–350 nm and 440 nm, 0–800 mg of GOC/l.

Abstract The paper describes preliminary examinations on establishing usefulness criteria of foundry tooling materials in the microwave heating technology. Presented are measurement results of permittivity and loss tangent that determine behaviour of the materials in electromagnetic field. The measurements were carried-out in a waveguide resonant cavity that permits precise determination the above-mentioned parameters by perturbation technique. Examined were five different materials designed for use in foundry tooling. Determined was the loss factor that permits evaluating usefulness of materials in microwave heating technology. It was demonstrated that the selected plastics meet the basic criterion that is transparency for electromagnetic radiation.

Basically, nature has the ability to perform the restoration of environmental damage caused by increased human activity, but because of the limited carrying capacity, then the environment has decreased the quality from year to year. In saving the environment, technology plays a role in reducing the risk of pollution, increased efi siensi process, and creating processes and environmentall friendly products, monitoring and prediction of environment quality, environmental pollution control, restoration and environmental improvement. Waste Technology (end of pipe technology) are widely used to cope with environmental pollution, both for liquid waste, solid and air. Waste processing technology developed for the waste can be in accordance with quality standards thathave been established, while monitoring technology has been developed either manually or automatically. For recovery and improvement of technology has been developed remedies and restoration that rely on bacteria in nature. Keywords: end of pipe technology, reuse, recycle, reduce (3R), carrying capacity, and environment pollution
