ABSTRACTWe report the observation of the ordered bicontinuous double diamond (OBDD) structure in binary blends of poly(styrene-isoprene) diblock copolymer and homopolystyrene. The overall polystyrene volume fraction range is 64 - 67 PSvol% for the OBDD structure in binary blends of a lamellar diblock (SI 27/22) and a homopolymer (14.0 hPS). This composition range is approximately within the polystyrene volume fraction range established for pure diblock copolymers in the strong segregation regime having the OBDD structure. Ordered lamellae are observed at approximately 65 PSvol% when the homopolystyrene molecular weight is greater than the molecular weight of the polystyrene block of the copolymer. This observation is discussed in terms of the decreased degree of mixing between the homopolymer and the corresponding block and the resultant effect on the interfacial curvature.

A thermally stable ordered bicontinuous double diamond (OBDD) structure in a stereoregular diblock copolymer has been revealed by electron tomography. The structure underwent a thermally reversible transition to double gyroid upon heating, accompanied by a reduction of domain spacing.

This article studies the unequal distribution of the benefits a country enjoys from participating in globalization from the perspective of international business. As globalization is a set of mutually beneficial interactions between countries and MNCs to enhance competitiveness of each participant, benefits countries enjoy from globalization should be understood in terms of national competitiveness. In this light, this article applies the generalized double diamond (GDD) model to the analysis of national competitiveness and introduces the globalization inequality index (GII) as an extension of the Gini index to measure inequality in globalization. Statistical analyses of GIIs show that benefits from globalization are unequally distributed over countries and suggest a need for the strategic interpretation of the role of a location in the era of globalization.

Reading and writing in Braille learning using technology for visually impaired people has been available in various forms. One of Braille learning has been developed using smartphone is Mobile Braille Touch (MBT) application. MBT developed is far from perfect, system on MBT still use static keyboard. The button touch in MBT is not effective, so the user cannot touch the button properly. Therefore, Mobile Braille Touch application further developed based on user experiences (UX) correspond with user needs. In this research, we use a Double Diamond method which consists of (1) Discover, (2) Define, (3) Develop, (4) Delivery. The result of this research is developing of new Virtual Braille Keyboard (VBK) that called as dynamic keyboard. This VBK consist of dynamic dot braille and swipe writing assisted button.
