One of the features of a mature society is the existence of a perfect system of legal regulation. To have a solid system of legal regulations, students need to be trained beforehand, to make them prepared for the world of practice. The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate the problem of educating the legal culture of students, to contribute to solving legal problems. The basis of such a system is the high level of legal culture of the members of this society. In order to build a rule-of-law state, for the successful socio-economic development of the country, it is necessary to educate an active young man with a developed sense of justice. The study analyzes a series of student responses that were collected through interviews. In addition, comparative data were revealed in the study using methods such as thematic analysis. As a result of the experimental work, the level of students' legal culture and comparative data on the development of students' legal culture were revealed.   Keywords: education; law; legal culture; society; student; upbringing,

In the forms of either herbs or functional foods, plants and their products have attracted medicinal, culinary, and nutraceutical applications due to their abundance in bioactive phytochemicals. Human beings and other animals have employed those bioactive phytochemicals to improve health quality based on their broad potentials as antioxidant, anti-microbial, anti-carcinogenic, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, and anti-aging effects, amongst others. For the past decade and half, efforts to discover bioactive phytochemicals both in pure and crude forms have been intensified using the Caenorhabditis elegans aging model, in which various metabolic pathways in humans are highly conserved. In this review, we summarized the aging and longevity pathways that are common to C. elegans and humans and collated some of the bioactive phytochemicals with health benefits and lifespan extending effects that have been studied in C. elegans. This simple animal model is not only a perfect system for discovering bioactive compounds but is also a research shortcut for elucidating the amelioration mechanisms of aging risk factors and associated diseases.

Abstract The article deals with the problem of climate change. The aim of the study is to analyze and improve methodological recommendations for calculating greenhouse gas emissions. The urgency of reducing the volume of greenhouse gas emissions has been substantiated. Statistical data of emissions volumes are analyzed, the reason for the growth of emissions and the main contributors are determined. The main gases that give the greenhouse effect are identified, and their brief characteristics are given. The need to improve the monitoring and reporting system of greenhouse gas emissions at the global level has been substantiated. The goal of a perfect system for accounting and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions is to timely obtain relevant data for the systematic reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The methodological tools for quantifying greenhouse gas emissions, approved by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Russia, are analyzed from the point of view of their applicability by organizations. Measures for their improvement are proposed, based on the international experience of building guidelines for the IPCC greenhouse gas inventory. The results obtained may be of interest to energy companies when developing corporate guidelines for quantifying greenhouse gas emissions.

Theft cases often go unnoticed and are everywhere we are. It can happen in public, at school, at work or even in your own home. Things like this often happen to teens and older adults. Some of them do not have a safe place to store their valuables because of their carelessness. This is because they do not take this seriously. On the other hand, they already have their own safety box which is a great example of keeping items from being stolen or robbed. With the Internet of Things (IoT), this safety box can be improved by adding features that make it even safer to receive notifications on a mobile phone when the safety box is opened. With these improvements, property owners will become more aware of their goods because not everyone around us can be trusted. The use of these notifications is an update that will be created to improve the security of your goods. The methodology used to carry out this project is called Prototyping Method. In this way, prototype can be said to be both a design and an example of an existing system, but not yet fully functional. Prototypes will outline how a system works, and most prototype systems are not yet the perfect system to run.

It is well known that the standard state estimation technique performance is particularly sensitive to perfect system knowledge, where the underlying assumptions are: (i) Process and measurement functions and parameters are known, (ii) inputs are known, and (iii) noise statistics are known. These are rather strong assumptions in real-life applications; therefore, a robust filtering solution must be designed to cope with model misspecifications. A possible way to design robust filters is to exploit linear constraints (LCs) within the filter formulation. In this contribution we further explore the use of LCs, derive a linearly constrained extended Kalman filter (LCEKF) for systems affected by non-additive noise and system inputs, and discuss its use for model mismatch mitigation. Numerical results for a robust tracking and navigation problem are provided to show the performance improvement of the proposed LCEKF, with respect to state-of-the-art techniques, that is, a benchmark EKF without mismatch and a misspecified EKF not accounting for the mismatch.

AbstractLanguage is a perfect system that satisfies the conditions imposed by the external performance/interpretive systems, but how the external systems interact with the core syntax is partially understood. With reference to Chomsky’s dichotomy of grammatical and pragmatic competences, this paper tentatively reformulates an integrated model of pragmatic competence, consisting of an internal and an external part. The former originates from the interaction of the internal syntactic submodule with external but organism-internal submodules, such as semantic, pragmatic and phonological-phonetic modules, and among three external submodules, thus creating thinking activities. The latter refers to the interaction between all organism-internal submodules and organism-external sociocultural factors, namely, mapping the computational results of the organism-internal submodules into the specific sociocultural contexts in communication. Meanwhile, this paper assumes an organism-internal pragmatic module in the Conceptual-Intentional system, providing linguistic and socio-cultural pragmatic knowledge in the operation of the internal and the external pragmatic competences, facilitating both pure thought and sociocultural communications.

The potential of the human self as a whole is the whole body or human body as a perfect system when compared to a perfect system and the most perfect when compared to other systems of God's creatures, such as animals, angels, jinn, devils, and demons. When identified, the potentials that already exist in humans are the mind, heart, and senses. Every thinker and expert working in a particular field needs his or her role of thought to study these human problems and concepts. Another view is that in religion or theology, human concepts have also been studied and given certain explanations. Theologians claim that humans are God's creations and must obey God's rules. Humans obey Sunnatullah. When doing something and behaving, humans must be responsible for the behavior.

After more than a century of development, the administrative moral construction of civil servants in the United States, Japan with a distinctive cultural background of the West and the east. In practice, they have explored the construction mode that accords with the actual situation of their own country, formed a relatively perfect system and accumulated more successful experience. It is the common need for China to construct a service-oriented government and solve the ethical dilemma of civil servants and the Anomie of administrative ethics. Based on the specific conditions of our country and the experience of some developed countries in their exploration of civil servant's administrative moral construction, this paper actively studies its localization development, and puts forward some ways to improve our civil servant's professional ethics, put forward their own countermeasures and suggestions.
