The eradication of Sarcocystis-infected corpses costs the meat industry millions of dollars each year. Because this parasite is most commonly found in skeletal and cardiac muscles, preventative and control techniques such as inactivating or destroying the bradyzoites in infected meat are critical. The goal of this research was to look at the various methods for inactivating this parasite and to compare the results of these methods. Using internet databases from many fields and around the world, a systematic review of the literature was conducted. Heating, freezing, irradiation, and marination were all utilized to inactivate this parasite, and each had a distinct effect, according to the studies. Inactivation can be achieved by heating at 60°C for 20 min or freezing at -4ºC for 2 days. Also, 2 kGy of gamma rays and marination in 6% NaCl and 3% acetic acid for 48 h are enough.

We investigated fluctuations of well-being by using a smartphone-based mobile experience sampling method (real-time and multiple time point measurements in the field using smartphones). Moreover, temperature, longitude, latitude, altitude, wind speed, rainfall, and further environment-based indicators were included as predictors either from smartphone sensors or from open-access Internet databases. Overall, a total of 213 participants reported on their well-being (over 14 days; three measurements per day; 8,000+ well-being judgments). We were able to replicate and refine past research about the dynamics of well-being fluctuations during the day (low in the morning, high in the evening) and over the course of a week (low just before the beginning of the week, highest near the end of the week). We also show what kind of benefits empirical researchers can gain for their research using smartphones and their built-in sensors by combining these measures with data from open-access databases.

This report summarizes laboratory measurements of atomic wavelengths, energy levels, hyperfine and isotope structure, energy level lifetimes, and oscillator strengths. Theoretical calculations of lifetimes and oscillator strengths are also included. The bibliography is limited to species of astrophysical interest. Compilations of atomic data and internet databases are also included. Papers are listed in the bibliography in alphabetical order, with a reference number in the text.

Article attempts to describe modern names of preschols. Nowadays, preschools are becoming similar to companies. The main purpose of their names is to encourage parents (and to some extent also children) to choose specific facility. Initially, this trend was associated with mainly non-public, private preschool, now also public preschools. This involves the development of consumption, characteristic of modern civilization. Creativity in the choice of name supports the presence of competition, and therefore described tendency can be noticed in large cities, such as Cracow. Material required for the analysis, that includes 334 names, was provided by the Internet databases that help parents in choosing a specific facility (abcprzedszkola.pl, przedszkolak.pl, przedszkolowo.pl), recruitment system for preschools FORMICO (krakow.formico.pl) and webpages of individual preschools.
