Extracranial meningiomas may be subdivided into primary and secondary types based on absence or presence of intracranial attachments respectively. Primary sinonasal tract meningiomas are rare with unknown etiopathology and non-specific clinical presentation. Of these PEMs only 11.5% are in the nasal cavity and nasal septum. To our knowledge less than 50 cases of PEM of nasal cavity have been reported in the literature. We report a case of a 22 years old male who presented with epistaxis and increasing nasal stuffiness for the last one year.

Proptosis is the forward protrusion of the eye from its normal position in the orbit. There are many causes, the commonest of both unilateral and bilateral proptosis being thyrotoxicosis. Antral tumours are an uncommon cause of proptosis but one that should be considered in any patient with proptosis. A mucocele is a cystic expansile lesion that is lined with epithelium and filled with mucoid secretions. It results from disrupted or obstructed drainage of the paranasal sinuses. Maxillary sinus mucoceles are infrequent and can result in proptosis, nasal obstruction, facial swelling and involvement of the oral cavity. Primary lymphomas of the sinonasal tract are rare, representing approximately 8% of sinonasal malignancies, the maxillary sinus being the commonest site. Malignancy is a diagnosis that must be considered in the aetiology of maxillary mucocele and we believe that this is the first documented case of bilateral maxillary mucocele caused by non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Ewing’s sarcoma (ES) is a highly malignant, small, round cell tumor that originates from the primitive neuroectodermal cells. Primary ES commonly occurs in early childhood or adolescence. It may present with skeletal and extraskeletal forms. The extraskeletal form is rarely encountered in the head and neck region and is extremely rare in the sinonasal tract. This is a case report of sinonasal ES in a 13-year-old female patient who presented with a 7-month history of right nasal obstruction, anosmia, intermittent epistaxis, snoring, and hearing loss. Clinical examination revealed a right nasal mass pushing the septum to the left side and extending to the nasopharynx. Endoscopic biopsy and histopathological analysis showed a small blue cell tumor suggestive of ES. The patient was treated with surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy. After a follow-up of 5 years, the patient remains recurrence-free with excellent functional status and quality of life.
