This paper proposed a method to acquire high quality profile image based on a serious of special parameters selection and setting.And to deal with the un-matching between the speed of image grabbing and image processing,we use a special method to grab and process image in parallel based on Halcon platform. The experimental results obtained the high quality light stripe image that could increase the efficiency of measurement and simplify the image process algorithm.

This paper introduces image acquisition display system based on USB binocular camera which is developed by S3C6410 and embedded operating system WinCE 6.0. Hardware system is implemented on OK6410 development board, extending double camera by USB HUB as binocular camera. Software application is programmed by MFC. The system provides a feasible hardware plat form for subsequent three-dimensional visual system development.

Three-dimensional modeling of the image acquisition system based on binocular computer vision scanning system scene with MCU processing the two-dimensional image data collected by the CCD sensor, and complete the image binarization processing using hardware, to improve the efficiency of the image processing; using timing delay analysis circuit the edge of the identification image characteristics, the data amount of the compression of the image processing; will be collected by the CCD sensor the two-dimensional image data transmission to a computer, thereby effectively shortening the transmission time of the data.
