Lattices, soft sets, fuzzy sets and their generalizations have always been important for Mathematicians and the researchers working on uncertaities. In this paper our aim is to introduce the concept of lattice ordered intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets. After introducing extended union, extended intersection,  AND-product, OR-product, basic union, basic intersection of intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets, in this paper the affects of lattice ordered intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets and anti-lattice ordered intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets on restricted union, restricted intersection, extended union, extended intersection,AND-product, OR-product, basic union, basic intersection of intuitionistic fuzzy sets are discussed. Further a decision making problem is solved by using these concepts.

Environmental management is a decision making problem with a great deal of uncertainties. Intuitionistic fuzzy sets provide a model to elaborate these uncertainties and vagueness involve in decision making. This paper, proposes an application of intuitionistic fuzzy set to environmental management in order to determine the type of erosion(s) affecting some towns for an effective control measure that has to be taken using a distance function. In order to achieve this, a set of erosions and their causes are assumed, and also we assume a survey for the set of towns to determine the type of erosion approaching them for an effective control measure to be taken.

The fuzzy sets and Intuitionistic fuzzy sets are very useful concepts to elaborate the vagueness in real world problems. The objective of our study is to apply fuzzy set theory and Intuitionistic fuzzy set theory in decision making process. In this paper, we identify in which society a person has to purchase a house in order to fulfil his requirement to maximum extent. In our study we use intuitionistic fuzzy sets to find a relation between the societies and the parameters. And then we find a relation between a person and the parameters. We calculate Normalized Euclidean distance between two Intuitionistic fuzzy sets to make a decision of purchasing house in a society.

A flexible attribute-set group decision-making (FAST-GDM) problem consists in finding the most suitable option(s) out of the options under consideration, with a general agreement among a heterogeneous group of experts who can focus on different attributes to evaluate those options. An open challenge in FAST-GDM problems is to design consensus reaching processes (CRPs) by which the participants can perform evaluations with a high level of consensus. To address this challenge, a novel algorithm for reaching consensus is proposed in this paper. By means of the algorithm, called FAST-CR-XMIS, a participant can reconsider his/her evaluations after studying the most influential samples that have been shared by others through contextualized evaluations. Since exchanging those samples may make participants’ understandings more like each other, an increase of the level of consensus is expected. A simulation of a CRP where contextualized evaluations of newswire stories are characterized as augmented intuitionistic fuzzy sets (AIFS) shows how FAST-CR-XMIS can increase the level of consensus among the participants during the CRP.
