The problem of automating the process of reconfiguring the power supply system of onboard radio-electronic equipment in special-purpose control machines in different operation modes is considered. It covers power supply from different power sources, both while parked and when moving by developing and introducing the intellectual management to the structure of an electric power supply system. The analysis of the existing devices used to provide mobile objects with electrical energy of a direct current is carried out. Their advantages and drawbacks are highlighted. The conclusion is drawn on the necessity of new product development – the P910 power supply control panel with an integrated intellectual power supply management system. The model of representation of knowledge of the intellectual management system offered by authors is based on the classic productional model specified regarding the mechanism of forming and creating the database and rule base structures. The process of synthesizing managing influences that are based on analysis of information that describes a system status of control machines’ power supply is formalized. The operation algorithm of the intellectual power supply management system is developed and the chart illustrating its work is provided. The 1887BE7T domestic microcontroller is offered for the implementation of the model.

With the implementation of State Grid’s management system, ‘Three Intensive Management And Five Large-scale Movements,’ it is inevitable for municipal power supply enterprises to promote and build value management. Based on value management, with management features of municipal power supply enterprises’ other expenses, whole process management will be combined with enterprises’ realities to build management system for other expenses, strengthen control of other management expenses in the event, track key projects and form a closed-loop dynamic cost management, which will make up for lack of the feedback of traditional cost management mode on other management expenses.

To construct a supervisory control platform for hybrid energy supplement power supply system, the constitution, functions of a power management system are proposed. Supervision and control system is founded based on KingView according to functional requirements and characteristic s of the power management system. Driving procedure of the KingView is written according to communication protocol of the data acquisition module at first Communication between PC and machine is achieved. Then, the running of equipments is simulated, and real-time date is monitored, showed, analyzed and processed. Then optimal management, coordinative control and seamless switching of hybrid energy supplement power supply system are achieved.

Today, due to the increase in smart grid and DC appliances implement the use of renewable energy, the power consumption of equipment and appliances can be monitored by smart outlet or smart meter. However, if every devices are installed a meter will be very expensive and lack of flexibility. This work proposes a combination of multi-channel power supply and matrix measurement of electrical meter data management system to increase system built facilitate and promote greater consumption analysis flexibility and benefits. The proposed method includes a programmable logic controller (PLC)based Multi-channel power supply switch circuit (MPSC), measurement control circuit and Zigbee intelligent socket (Smart Outlet) for collecting and controlling the power flow with wireless communication. Three types of wireless metering methods are used to compare cost and metering error rate. The experimental results reveal this work can be an efficient and low-cost metering solution.
