With the implementation of State Grid’s management system, ‘Three Intensive Management And Five Large-scale Movements,’ it is inevitable for municipal power supply enterprises to promote and build value management. Based on value management, with management features of municipal power supply enterprises’ other expenses, whole process management will be combined with enterprises’ realities to build management system for other expenses, strengthen control of other management expenses in the event, track key projects and form a closed-loop dynamic cost management, which will make up for lack of the feedback of traditional cost management mode on other management expenses.

The article is aimed at studying the cost management system of aircraft-building enterprises through a process-oriented approach in the socio-behavioral economy by allocating the stages of implementation of the cost management system by the processes at aircraft-building enterprises. This will help to identify sources of financial saving and to the maximum streamline the costs of enterprise, as well as efficiently administrate the activities of the enterprise as a whole. Approaches to the meaningful concept of «costs» in the scientific works of many scholars are considered. An analysis of the development of the aircraft-building industry of Ukraine is carried out. The problems of insufficient development of the industry and factors of negative influence are identified; a process-oriented approach to the formation of a process management system at domestic aircraft-building enterprises is proposed by combining the method of determining the target costs and the method of determining costs by processes. The implementation of the cost management system of aircraft-building enterprises by the processes will lead to the planning of the level of costs, identifying problem spots and determining unused reserves for the efficient management of the activities of enterprises in the aircraft-building industry in general.

Abstract. At present, large-scale engineering construction activities, especially deep foundation pit dewatering, are important factors of land subsidence in Shanghai, which induces uneven land subsidence. To solve this problem, this paper puts forward a technical approach to prevention and control the land subsidence. Based on the practice of joint work by multiple administrative departments in Shanghai, this paper further combines the technology and management measures effectively, and summarizes the management system of land subsidence control for deep foundation pit dewatering. Meanwhile, this paper provides the key workflow, starting from the whole process control of construction project for feasibility demonstration, design, construction and completion. The practice shows that the whole process of deep foundation pit dewatering control and management provides a powerful guarantee for land subsidence prevention and control.

Through the discussion on the nature of the reasons for the accident, it is easy to analyze that the management faults are a source of accidents, and extract the concept of HSE management system in petrochemical enterprises, which as a dynamic security management system, in view of the "all accidents are avoidable" concept, implements security affairs management by the means of planning, implementation, leadership and monitoring, and finally, illustrates that HSE management system realize the whole process management of accident control though examples in drilling operations.

The management and control of the construction project’ cost is throughout the course of construction projects. The owner should exercise economic supervision and control over whole process from decision-making, designing, inviting bits, constructing to completing. Based on the status, this article has carried on detailed analysis of the whole process management and control of the construction projects’ cost, and put forward improving the levels of cost management and control by the information technology.

Farm Management Information Systems (FMISs) are being expanded to improve operation efficiency, reduce inputs, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations. However, this goal is difficult to attain in the vegetable sector, where data acquisition is time-consuming and data at different stages is fragmented by the potential diversity of crops and multiple batches cultivated at any given farm. This applies, in particular, to farms in China, which have small areas and low degrees of mechanization. This study presents an integrated approach to track and trace production efficiently through our Digital Farm Management System (DFMS), which adopts the cloud framework and utilizes Quick Response (QR) codes and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology. Specifically, a data acquisition system is proposed that runs on a smartphone for the efficient gathering of planting information in the field. Moreover, DFMS generates statistics and analyses of planting areas, costs, and yields. DFMS meets the FMIS requirements and provides the accurate tracking and tracing of the production for each batch in an efficient manner. The system has been applied in a large-scale vegetable production enterprise, consisting of 12 farms distributed throughout China. This application shows that DFMS is a highly efficient solution for precise vegetable farm management.
