<pre>There are several differences between the two types of alarm systems, conventional systems and addressable systems. It is important to carefully determine the introduction of a fire alarm system according to the installation environment. Talking about the main difference relates to how the connected device communicates with the main control panel by sending a signal. Cost is another factor that can be a determinant of your chosen fire alarm system. In this paper, we proposed smart addressable fire detection system. In the proposed system, <span>IoT</span> was used and the network was constructed using <span>ZigBee</span> module. In the configured network, it consists of a local server and a control server. The local server controls the addressing sensor and sends the information obtained from the sensor to the control server. The control server receives data transmitted from the local server and enables quick fire action. In the actual implementation, the local server used the Lycra controller and <span>ZigBee</span> module. In addition, the control server used the Raspberry Pi and <span>ZigBee</span> modules and connected to the Ethernet so that the administrator could monitor or control the local server.</pre>

Abstract Background X-ray cholangiography is of great value in the imaging of biliary tract diseases; however, occupational radiation exposure is unavoidable. Moreover, clinicians must manually inject the contrast dye, which may result in a relatively high incidence of adverse reactions due to unstable injection pressure. Thus, there is a need to develop a novel remote-controlled cholangiography injection device. Methods Patients with external biliary drainage requiring cholangiography were included. A remote-controlled injection device was developed with three major components: an injection pump, a pressure sensor, and a wireless remote-control panel. Image quality, adverse reactions, and radiation dose were evaluated. Results Different kinds of X-ray cholangiography were successfully and smoothly performed using this remote-controlled injection device in all patients. The incidence of adverse reactions in the device group was significantly lower than that in the manual group (4.17% vs. 13.9%, P = 0.001), and increasing the injection pressure increased the incidence of adverse reactions. In addition, the device helped operators avoid ionizing radiation completely. Conclusions With good control of injection pressure (within 10 kPa), the remote-controlled cholangiography injection device could replace the need for the doctor to inject contrast agent with good security and effectivity. It is expected to be submitted for clinical application.

Determining the presence of antibodies to the SARS-CoV-2 antigens is the best way to identify infected people, regardless of the development of symptoms of COVID-19. The nucleoprotein (NP) of the SARS-CoV-2 is an immunodominant antigen of the virus; anti-NP antibodies are detected in persons previously infected with the virus with the highest titers. Many test systems for detecting antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 contain NP or its fragments as antigen. The sensitivity and specificity of such test systems differ significantly, which can be explained by variations in the antigenic properties of NP caused by differences in the methods of its cultivation, isolation and purification. We investigated this effect for the Escherichia coli-derived SARS-CoV-2 NP, obtained from the cytoplasm in the soluble form. We hypothesized that co-purified nucleic acids that form a strong complex with NP might negatively affect NP’s antigenic properties. Therefore, we have established the NP purification method, which completely eliminates the RNA in the NP preparation. Two stages of RNA removal were used: treatment of the crude lysate of E. coli with RNase A and subsequent selective RNA elution with 2 M NaCl solution. The resulting NP without RNA has a significantly better signal-to-noise ratio when used as an ELISA antigen and tested with a control panel of serum samples with antibodies to SARS-CoV-2; therefore, it is preferable for in vitro diagnostic use. The same increase of the signal-to-noise ratio was detected for the free N-terminal domain of the NP. Complete removal of RNA complexed with NP during purification will significantly improve its antigenic properties, and the absence of RNA in NP preparations should be controlled during the production of this antigen.

The dried-tube specimen (DTS) procedure was used to develop the COVID-19 serology control panel (CSCP). The DTS offers the benefit of shipping materials without a cold chain, allowing for greater access without deterioration of material integrity. Samples in the panel were sourced from COVID-19 convalescent persons from March to May 2020. The immunoglobulin subtypes (total Ig, IgM, and IgG) and their respective reactivity to severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 nucleocapsid, spike, and receptor-binding domain antigens of the samples were delineated and compared with the WHO International Standard to elucidate the exact binding antibody units of each CSCP sample and ensure the CSCP provides adequate reactivity for different types of serological test platforms. We distribute the CSCP as a kit with five coded tubes to laboratories around the world to be used to compare test kits for external quality assurance, for harmonizing laboratory testing, and for use as training materials for laboratory workers.

Abstract Men, along with the progress in his civilization and daily life, felt the need more and more every day that in addition to all the facilities and tools he had created for himself to move horizontally, he needed a tool to move himself and his tools and loads in the horizontal direction. Is. Images have been recorded in history that show that he invented methods for vertical movement in the distant past. Initially, this was done by levers and animals. An elevator is a permanent public vehicle that moves between predefined levels. The elevator is the only means of transportation used by all age groups and is the most common means of vertical movement in the world. The elevator is installed inside an environment that consists of three parts: 1. Engine room 2. Elevator well 3. Well. The gearbox motor acts as the heart of the elevator and the control panel acts as the core of the elevator. The aim of this research is to simulate and build the circuit and the building of the elevator so that it can be equipped with new facilities and sensors by using reprogramming if necessary to make its operation safer and provide more comfort for the passengers. Here we have programmed the AVR microcontroller using codevisionAVR software and performed the simulation using Proteus software.

Along with the development of battery/ACCU technology, the ACCU charging and loading system has also developed manually or automatically. In this paper, the results of research on the manufacture of tools that function to monitor and control the charging and loading of electrical power will be explained from batteries that are burdened with lights and DC motors through a control panel or android smart phone with IoT technology. This tool is designed to monitor 2 ACCUs, namely ACCU1 and ACCU2. ACCU1 is loaded with lamp and parallel with DC motor load while ACCU2 is loaded with DC motor and parallel with lamp load. If ACCU1 and ACCU2 are full, ACCU1 is loaded with only one lamp and ACCU2 is only loaded with DC motor. For example, ACCU1's electrical power is still within the limits that can be loaded with lights and DC motors while ACCU2 can't be loaded because electric power is not capable of being loaded with DC motors, the DC motor's load will be transferred to ACCU1. So that ACCU1 is loaded with DC lamps and motors and ACCU2 is charging the electricity, as well as for the opposite condition. The design of this tool uses the main component of the ESP32 microcontroller, where this component has been integrated with the wifi module and other supporting circuit modules, namely the current sensor circuit, voltage sensor and OLED display. The software design consists of a program code designer for hardware using C++ and an android smart phone application design using MIT App Inventor. The results of this study are in accordance with the design specifications, namely the device can be used to control charging and loading as well as monitor ACCU1 and ACCU2 electrical power on OLED screens and on Android smart phones screens

The possibility of creating a computer control system for an unmanned aerial vehicle using remote cloud computing according to predefined scenarios from the user's desktop is investigated. For this, an experimental setup was created, which includes a quadcopter, a personal computer with the Windows operating system, an on-board computer Raspberry-3 with the Linux operating system, a Pi Camera V2 camcorder, and a Pixhawk autopilot. To model the control and transmission of video images the own control programs and photo pursuit on a computer Raspberry-3 in Python are recorded. Based on the obtained results, a model of unmanned aerial vehicle control from the desktop of the user's personal computer via the on-board computer without the use of a standard control panel and operator is proposed.

This article presents research results on a smart building prediction, navigation and asset management system. The main goal of this work was to combine all comfort subsystems, such as lighting, heating or air conditioning control, into one coherent management system supported by navigation using radio tomographic imaging techniques and computational intelligence in order to improve the building’s ability to track users and then maximize the energy efficiency of the building by analyzing their behavior. In addition, the data obtained in this way were used to increase the quality of navigation services, improve the safety and ergonomics of using the room access control system and create a centralized control panel enriched with records of the working time of individual people. The quality of the building’s user habit learning is ensured by a network of sensors collecting environmental data and thus the setting values of the comfort modules. The advantage of such a complex solution is an increase in the accuracy of navigation services provided, an improvement in the energy balance, an improvement in the level of safety and faster facility diagnostics. The solution uses proprietary small device assemblies with implementation of popular wireless transmission standards such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, ZigBee or Z-Wave. These PANs (personal area networks) are used to update and transmit environmental and navigation data (Bluetooth), to maintain the connection of other PANs to the master server (Wi-Fi) and to communicate with specific end devices (ZigBee and Z-Wave).

Work objective is to develop an algorithm for automatic speed regulation and to ensure its integration into the system of adaptive combined control of the power equipment of the locomotive TEM7A. Research methods: methods of the theory of automatic control, modern programming methods, trial trips. Research results and novelty. For the first time, the problem of automatic maintenance of "creeping" train speeds with high accuracy has been solved in the practice of domestic locomotive construction. It is established that the developed algorithm for automatic control of the humping speed and splitting up of shunting locomotive TEM7A allows maintaining a given speed in the range of operating speeds up to 8 km / h. Conclusion. The developed algorithm is integrated into the microprocessor control system of the power equipment of TEM7A shunting locomotive and does not require additional costs when through the locomotive operation. Maintaining a uniform speed of movement can also be used in the mode of manual control of the locomotive by the driver, while the value of the stipulated rate is set by the driver using the display module of the control panel.
