Design of an Unconventional Bionic Quadruped Robot with Low-degree-freedom of Movement

SummaryThe severity of platelet damage induced by hyper- and hypotonic NaCl solutions and freezing and thawing was assessed by microscopic evaluation and measuring inhibition of 5-HT uptake. The same techniques were used to quantitate the effects of aggregating agents. The positively charged macromolecules PS, Poly-L und Poly-O reduced the net negative surface charge as determined by microelectrophoresis, caused platelet aggregation and inhibited 5-HT uptake. The damaging effects of Poly-L and Poly-O were more severe and more closely related to concentration than that of PS. The negatively charged macromolecules Poly-IC and NaPS increased the anodic electrophoretic mobility. Poly-IC and heparin caused a low degree of platelet clumping and no inhibition of 5-HT uptake. NaPS produced severe platelet damage with extensive clumping and complete inhibition of 5-HT uptake. Na laurate had the same effect, but did not alter electrophoretic mobility. ADP caused concentration-dependent platelet aggregation and inhibition of 5-HT uptake. The effects of ADP and NaPS were compared in agitated and non-agitated platelet samples containing identical concentrations of the 2 compounds. Agitation was found to increase the degree of platelet clumping and to reduce 5-HT uptake.

The Berlin Wall came down on 9 November 1989 and marked the end of the Cold War. As old antagonisms thawed a new landscape emerged of unification and tolerance. Censorship was no longer the principal means of ensuring group solidarity. The crumbling bricks brought not only freedom of movement but freedom of thought. Now, nearly thirty years later, globalisation has created a new balance of power, disrupting borders and economies across the world. The groups that thought they were in power no longer have much of a say and are anxious about their future. As protest grows, we are beginning to see that the old antagonisms have not disappeared but are, in fact, resurfacing. This article will start by looking at the dissembling of a marriage in which the wall that had peacefully maintained coexistence disintegrates and leads to a psychic development that uncannily mirrors that of populism today. The individual vignette leads to a broader psychological understanding of the totalitarian dynamic that underlies populism and threatens once again to imprison us within its walls.

Robot adalah alat mekanik yang dapat melakukan tugas fisik baik melalui kontrol manusia maupun secara otomatis.. Salah satu contoh yaitu robot quadruped. Robot quadruped merupakan robot yang menirukan anatomi dari laba-laba dalam proses geraknya. Pada perancangan robot quadruped menggunakan module bluetooth hc 05 sebagai pengontrol geraknya yang disingkronkan dengan smartphone sebagai remote controlnya. Robot quadruped juga ditambahkan pengaman berupa sensor utrasonik apabila terputusnya koneksi smarphone dengan robot quadruped, sensor utrasonik mengambil peranan untuk menghindari halagan agar tidak terjadi kerusakan pada robot. Jarak maksimal dari module Bluetooth 10 meter, kettika lebih dari 10 meter, koneksi akan terputus dan tidak dapat tekoneksi kembali Kata kunci: Teknologi, robot, quadruped, module bluetooth, sensor ultrasonik.
