Through the study of the multiple dimensions of supplier, this paper comes up with an index system of evaluating the quality of supplier service quality and studies the analysis and design of intelligent assessment system for supplier service quality. Based on the extensive collection of survey research result, the paper form an index set with the KPI method, then form the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. This intelligent assessment system map all relevant information of supplier that an earlier entered to the evaluating indicator, then output the assessment result. With the help of this system, the purpose of providing reference for that managers make decisions is attain.

Considering the various influencing factors of enrichment of coal bed methane, the evaluation indexes of enrichment for coal bed methane are determined. The weight values of all factors indexes are given and the fuzzy mathematics model is established on the basis of the fuzzy mathematics. As a case study, the fuzzy mathematics model is applied to the assessment of enrichment of coal bed methane. The results show that the No.5 coal seam of Shan 2 of Shanxi formation in Daning-Jixian is a better enrichment area. The evaluation result performed on the basis of the fuzzy mathematics model is in good agreement with the measured result. The example indicates that the method is credible and has high precise. The assessment system established in the paper can be regarded as a reference model in coal bed methane exploitation potential assessment.

For substructure reinforcement method, corresponding quality assessment system is established based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP). At the same time, the actual application process of the system was found. Structure of judgment matrix, synthetic weight and for each layer of element and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was figured out. Finally, the system is verified by practical engineering. Something is obvious as the result shows. Firstly, the comprehensive assessment system for reinforcement quality of bridges is reasonable and practical. Secondly, this system takes some advantages to the systematization, standardization and theorization for the assessment to reinforcement quality of bridges.

Pilotage is a system engineering ,which related to both human influence and external factor .A sole factor is likely to generate enormous losses, safety is most important part of pilotage. In order to ensure the safety of the ship’s pilotage .Comprehensive assessment of the pilotage system is necessary, of the ship. Forthputting the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper establish the assessment system, and take comprehensive performance assessment of the pilot system, which entitled us a digital evaluation of the pilot system.

Research the sustainability of large-scale public building, select key performance indicators (KPIs) and present a comprehensive assessment method. The sustainability assessment system and weight of all levels of indicator are established based on the method of which combine the Questionnaire with Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), the assessment matrix are established according to the principle of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) in order to the further assessment. The example of application is given and the results are conformed to reality. The results show that this method is feasible and it can assess the sustainability of large-scale public building accurately and efficiently.
