This article purports to analyze the content validity of model examinations for grade 10 mathematics. The study looked at the model tests to evaluate if they were indicative of the course content and emphasized on the syllabus’ learning outcomes. A survey design with six years of mathematics model exam, syllabi, and textbooks served as the key data sources was considered in the study. Kendall’s coefficient of concordance and chi-square test of statistical treatment were used to analyze the quantitative data obtained. In addition, the qualitative data were evaluated using narration and description. The study’s statistical findings revealed that there was no relationship between test items and learning outcomes in cognitive domain categories or main textbook content. As a result, the exam items did not correspond to the syllabus’s objectives and content. Furthermore, the qualitative data revealed that the test items were unclear, poorly laid out, and multidimensional, as well as having low content validity.

This research aims to describe the characteristic of mathematics prospective teacher's computational thinking (CT) in solving the geometric pattern problem. The subject consists of 65 preservice mathematics teachers in Universitas in Madiun. The instrument was used in this research are geometric pattern problem tests and interview guidelines. The result shows that are three types of mathematics prospective teachers in solving the problem. First, CT substantial, i.e. prospective mathematics teachers use the conceptual knowledge who collaborated with procedural knowledge exactly. They use mathematics iteration to find the pattern and express them to the general form easily. Second, CT Nominal, i.e. prospective mathematics teachers, use manual ways to solve the pattern problem. They count using numeric, not symbolic, of solving the pattern formed. They can understand the design but can't express it to the mathematics model. Third, CT procedural, i.e. mathematics prospective teacher using the procedural knowledge only, not an expert in concept, and following the steps who teaches from experience before. The recommendation for future research is to develop the research to find the other characters in other mathematics subjects, in other students, to develop the learning models who can embody CT.

AbstractThe Hemispherical Resonator Gyroscope (HRG) has many advantages such as high precision, high reliability and long life-time, it is widely used in the space-launcher and the satellites. The HRG has been mechanized to operate in the distinct operating modes, the Force to Rebalanced (FTR) mode and the Whole Angle (WA) mode. In the paper, different from the traditional control algorithm is based on average methods which usually used for the WA mode, a new electrostatic control algorithm is presented, which based on the vector composition and decomposition method to control the equivalent drive force in order to track the phase of the standing wave. The mathematics model and the control algorithm are presented in the paper, and the hardware experimental circuit system is implemented, the HRG has a range of more than 300°/s with the linearity of 40 ppm. Meanwhile, the energy transition efficiency increases by an order of magnitude.

This study aimed to discover epistemological obstacle on secondary students to solve sequence and series problems based on three indicators, there are a conceptual obstacle, procedural obstacle, and operational technique obstacle. This study was descriptive with qualitative research approaches. Data were collected with the test and interview method. The subjects in this study are students of SMP Negeri 86 Jakarta class VIII based on the errors seen from the diagnostic tests that had been tested. The analysis was done by giving written tests which are essay and interview formatted. Results on analysis showed that: (1) Conceptual obstacle, obstacle that was experienced by students are: students considered that a pattern was said as a numeral pattern because they own odd numeral pattern and own 2,2,2 of difference; were not able to find exact pattern within the problem; considering that Fibonacci numeral sequence was a pattern that form prime numeral pattern; were not able to differ the concept of arithmetics and geometry sequence; were not able to understand the concept of first quarter on arithmetics sequence; error when interpreted the meaning of problems; were not able to intepret what was given on mathematics model; interpreting sum of the first 20 quarters with sequences which own the 20th quarter; and interpreting sum of the first 20 quarters with the 20th quarter; (2) While on procedural obstacle, obstacle that was experienced are: interpreting numeral pattern if they own their pair; error on determining multiplication or difference; and applying formulas incorrectly; (3) Last on operasional technique obstacle, obstacle that was experienced are error on calculation and using sign and symbol mathematics incorrectly.

: Gut microbiota (GM) as an organ of the human body has a particular and autonomous function that related to it. This review aimed to investigate human intestinal and gut microbiota interaction and its impact on health. As a creation referable database about this dynamic and complex organ, several comprehensive projects are implemented by using culture-dependent (culturomics), culture independent methods (e.g metagenomics, mathematics model), and Gnotobiological together. This study was done by searching PubMed, Scopus and Google scholar database in the gut, health microbiota and interaction keywords. The first acquired microbiota during pregnancy or childbirth is colonized in the gut by using specific and non-specific mechanisms. That`s structure and shape reach relative stability with selection pressure along with host development until adulthood and keep its resilience against external or internal variables depending on the host genetics and negative feedback. Due to several research individuals have 2 functional group microbiota including the core (common between vast majorities human) and flexible (transient population) microbiome. The most important role of the GM in the human body can be summarized in three basic landscapes: metabolic, immune system, and gut-brain axis interaction. So that loss of microbial population balance will lead to disorder and disease.

Based on the physical model of the Ranque effect, proposed earlier, a simplified mathematical model of the working process of a vortex tube is compiled taking into account the exchange of work and heat during the interaction of peripheral and axial gas flows. The effect of viscosity and angular velocity gradient on the transfer of kinetic energy from the axis to the periphery is shown. The difference in thermodynamic temperatures when heat is supplied from the periphery to the axis is taken into account, which leads to a decrease in the cooling efficiency of the axial gas flow. Energy exchange is based on the assumption that the peripheral gas layers are compressed by the axial flow. The axial flow work is determined by the pressure difference between the valve and the outlet of the diaphragm

The ability to read, analyze data, and execute the Syariah economic market agents' decision becomes possible to happen. This research aims to help agents and those how to read the data, analyze, and model the data by providing perspectives regarding the stock pricing in the future. The research method being employed as Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA), which has steps of data plotting transforming, estimating the model, and forecasting. The results of this research found that ARIMA (1,1,0) is the best model of Syariah stock pricing on Indonesian Syariah Stock Indexing (ISSI). The test of model reliability employs RMSE, AIC, BIC/SBC, which is resulted in a fair, competitive suitable test to the employed model. Keywords: ARIMA, Mathematical Model, Forecasting, Stock

The article considers the problem of students allocation to thesis advisors, provides the result of the experimental approbation of student’s allocation approach based on two-side matching algorithm that has been performed by using automated student’s allocation system, and result of requirements management, which had taken place after performance testing. The article analysing user’s requirements of changing allocation method replacing tutors with thesis projects embedded into tutor-project hierarchy, in terms of development feasibility and possibility. Mathematics model modifications for the approach to allocating students according to the two-side matching algorithm integrated with new model components is suggested below in the text of the article. The algorithmic and conceptual problems of such changes are pointed out along with solution for overcoming. In the general case, two-side matching model as well as presented modification might be used not only in case of educational and methodical activity aimed at creating mappings lists of students and thesis advisors of a department of a higher educational institution, but also regarding other production and service area, which faces with the problem of limited countable resource distribution to consumers with no outright antagonism.
