Virtual maintenance technology is a major innovation in the equipment maintenance field in recent years, the armored anti-riot vehicles play a vital role in the tasks of the duty, conflict, terrorism of the armed police force. In order to apply the virtual maintenance technology in armored anti-riot vehicles better, the article introduced the virtual maintenance technology and its key technologies, and gave the importance of virtual maintenance technology. It established the virtual maintenance process model of armored anti-riot vehicles. At last, it gave the prospect of the technology and made some suggestions.

Large and complex equipments produce large quantities of data in the whole life cycle and the data stored and used in paper form is extremely inconvenient, leading to increased equipment maintenance costs and inefficient use. In order to change the status, combined with the IETM performance characteristics, a set of IETM system is developed for a certain type of airborne radar, after analyzing the structure features, functionality requirements and key technologies of weaponry IETM system platform. Proved through practice, the system can improve equipment maintenance efficiency, reduce human and material resources of the equipment maintenance and support end reduce the equipment life cycle cost.
