Based on the analysis of the current status on the credit crisis of construction enterprises, this paper established the Credit Evaluation Index System of Construction Enterprises combined with modern characteristics in the industry. By using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Cluster Analysis, we determine the weight of each index, and then calculate each index data using fuzzy mathematic principle. Thus give an objective evaluation on the credit situation of construction enterprises.

In this paper, the evaluation index system of the green development level of agriculture and animal husbandry in Haixi city was established, and the entropy weight grey correlation TOPSIS model was used to calculate the green development level of agriculture and animal husbandry in Haixi city from 2001 to 2019.The countermeasures and suggestions to promote the green development of agriculture and animal husbandry in Haixi prefecture were put forward.

By analysising the disadvantages of the current bid evaluation methods used in highway project,the article builds up TOPSIS model based on coefficient of entropy to evaluating bidding units. First,the weight of each index is calculated by means of entropy weight coefficient method. Then it makes comprehensive assessment about bid evaluation with entropy weight coefficient method and TOPSIS method. The proposed method is applied to evaluating information system integration solutions and satisfactory results are abtained.
