The remote video diagnosis system based on the Internet of Things is based on the Internet of Things and integrates advanced intelligent technology. To better promote a harmonious society, constructing a video surveillance system is accelerating in our country. Many enterprises and government agencies have invested much money to build video surveillance systems. The quality of video images is an important index to evaluate the video surveillance system. However, as the number of cameras continues to increase, the monitoring time continues to extend. In the face of many cameras, it is not realistic to rely on human eyes to diagnose video-solely quality. Besides, due to human eyes’ subjectivity, there will be some deviation in diagnosis through human eyes, and these factors bring new challenges to system maintenance. Therefore, relying on artificial intelligence technology and digital image processing technology, the intelligent diagnosis system of monitoring video quality is born using the computer’s efficient mathematical operation ability. Based on artificial intelligence, this paper focuses on studying video quality diagnosis technology and establishes a video quality diagnosis system for video definition detection and noise detection. This article takes the artificial intelligence algorithm in the diagnosis of video quality effect. Compared with the improved algorithm, the improved video quality diagnosis algorithm has excellent improvement and can well finish video quality inspection work. The accuracy of the improved definition evaluation function for the definition detection of surveillance video and noise detection is as high as 95.56%.

Intelligent surveillance refers to using Artificial Intelligence techniques in order to improve surveillance and deal with semantic information obtained from low-level security devices. In this context, the use of expert knowledge may offer a more realistic solution when dealing with the design of a surveillance system. In this work, a conceptual framework based on normality analysis to detect abnormal behaviors by means of normality concepts is presented. A normality concept specifies how a certain object should ideally behave in a concrete environment depending on such a concept. The definition of the normal path concept is studied in depth in order to analyze behaviors in an outdoor environment.

Automation of the technological processes is rapidly improving with the emergence and development of the artificial intelligence. More complex applications and platforms are being developed to better analyze the production process. Artificial intelligence and robotics are becoming efficient and priority tools for removing employees from the hazardous areas, minimizing the influence of the human factor, preventing, and predicting industrial injuries, automating production, improving labor productivity and quality of work. Artificial intelligence tools used in the world practice and wearable protective devices that serve to minimize industrial injuries and increase labor productivity are considered. The analysis of statistical data on injuries to the personnel of JSC «Russian Railways» during maintenance, operation and repair of power supply devices is presented. Further development and implementation of the artificial intelligence, the latest methods, and technical means of protecting railway personnel from electric shock injury is becoming an urgent task. The article considers video surveillance system «DOZOR» used in the RZD holding, which contributes to strengthening labor and technological discipline at production facilities, enhancing occupational safety, improving the quality of work- places preparation, and performing technological operations. It also allows you to assess professional competence and identify gaps in the theoretical and practical knowledge of the employees. It is proposed to introduce a computer vision device into «DOZOR» video surveillance system, which will ensure compliance with the requirements of the occupational safety rules and regulations in real time. It will also make it possible to promptly inform the employee and his managers about all the violations at a particular workplace for taking timely measures on preventing accidents and injury to the personnel.

The methodological approaches to the use of genetic algorithm for the synthesis of the rational structure of the radar surveillance system are proposed in the paper. The structure of the radar surveillance system is presented in the form of an incidence matrix, which is used as a chromosome by the operators of the genetic algorithm. This matrix is used as a chromosome by the operators of the genetic algorithm. The elements of the incidence matrix that describe the relationships between the elements of the structure of the observation system are genes in the genetic algorithm. In each cycle of the genetic algorithm, a pair of chromosomes is paired, during which part of the genes are exchanged, which for the system under study means the appearance and disappearance of the corresponding connections between the elements. The calculation of the values of the efficiency of radar surveillance for each variant of the structure is proposed to be carried out using the ant colony optimization. The gain in the value of the conditional probability of correct detection with a fixed probability of false alarm is approximately 10% Keywords— genetic algorithm, artificial intelligence, optimization, route, radar surveillance system.
