The analysis of trends in industrial injuries indicators for 2000-2020 has been carried out. in Russia and revealed their exponential decline. The adequacy of the obtained models 98-99% allows them to be used for forecasting. It was found that with an increase in funding for labor protection measures more than 14 thousand rubles / person. there is no significant decrease in the values of indicators

The directions and current trends in the development of innovative technologies in the field of industrial safety (labor protection, industrial safety, fire safety, road safety, environmental protection) for the period 2016-2020 are summarized. The research methodology is based on the analysis of information from open sources, including annual reports of companies and reports on sustainable development. The results obtained have theoretical and practical significance for oil and gas of the Russian Federation, state executive authorities.

Influence of the factors such as age and professional length of service of the drivers on the frequency of industrial injuries is considered. For conducting analysis, the statistical data was used related to the incidents that occurred on the land transport in one of the Russian oil and gas companies in the period of 2006–2019. Despite the fact that the transportation by land transport is not the main area of the company activity, this group of incidents takes the second place. Therefore, study of the factors on which the number of incidents on the land transport may hypothetically depend is relevant. The main tool of the analysis in the work is Pareto diagrams, which are used to determine the age group and that length of professional service of the drivers, in which the greatest number of incidents occurred on the land transport. Further, using the correlation method the dependence was determined, and the qualitative assessment of the obtained relationship tightness was carried out. Of the two hypotheses put forward in the work about the influence of the age and length of service of the drivers on the number of incidents on the land transport, one was confirmed — with an increase in the length of service of the drivers, there is a tendency of reducing the risk of an incident occurrence. The results of the conducted analysis allow to conclude that in addition to the basic statistical data on incidents, it is required to study and consider other factors that can affect on the number of incidents on the land transport, one of which is the level of safety culture of the drivers.

The VI All-Union Congress of Radiologists and Radiologists, after a long break, gathered a relatively large number of participants, among whom there were a lot of young radiologists who had been "confirmed" over the past 2 years of intensive training in our institutes and departments of radiology. Some of them work in industrial areas and in collaboration with a surgeon, a therapist or a biologist were able to deliver both scientific research and also experiment, with the data of which they shared at the Congress. This concerned mainly the issue of industrial injuries among workers of mining metallurgy, coal industry and other industries and the issue of selection in agriculture by means of lighting.

Aim. To study the indicators of industrial injuries and occupational morbidity in the Russian Federation and the effectiveness of measures for the professional rehabilitation of injured workers in the context of the implementation of state programs aimed at enhancing the labor force and employment. Methods. The analysis of statistical indicators on the number of workers, insured and injured at work from 2007 to 2018 and the results of measures for victim rehabilitation between 2014 and 2019, using data from Rosstat, reporting form No. 7 social security and open data of the social insurance fund. Descriptive statistics were used in the analysis. Results. The level of employment of disabled people planned by the Government of the Russian Federation by 2020 at the level of 40% in relation to people who are injured at work has not been achieved. At the same time, about 80% of the injured person had mild and moderate dysfunctions, about 50% were of working age. Against this background, employment at the level of 0.2 to 6.6% per year indicates the insufficient effectiveness of vocational rehabilitation. In most EU countries, where the return to work rate for work-injured people exceeds 90%, the employer and the insurer jointly participate in the professional rehabilitation of the injured, applying and financing all the necessary organizational and rehabilitation measures. In the Russian Federation, measures for occupational adaptation, maintenance of employment and the creation of special jobs are not subject to reimbursement from insurance funds, only educational events are financed. An employer who has caused harm to the health of work-injured is not economically interested in restoring his professional status. The authors encouraged to amend the regulations of the Russian Federation to ensure financing of the entire range of measures for vocational rehabilitation and the economic interest of employers in restoring the occupational status of work-injured people. Conclusion. Despite the favorable decreasing trend of industrial injuries and occupational morbidity at the enterprises of the Russian Federation over the past 12 years, the number of industrial injuries with permanent disability remains high, and the effectiveness of their vocational rehabilitation is low, which requires an expansion of the list of measures for vocational rehabilitation financed from the social insurance fund and ensuring the economic interest of employers in restoring the professional status of work-injured people.

Protecting safe working conditions involves the use of ineffective and reliable means of preventing industrial injuries and occupational diseases, technologies, equipment and others. It is natural that the fields, technological processes, etc., are characterized by their specifics and the safety rules should be different for them. In pharmacies, laboratories, training and scientific research laboratories, warehouses, production equipment are subject to daily cleaning. Cabinets in storage rooms should be cleaned as needed, but at least once a week. Wet cleaning of the pharmacy, laboratory/ factory (floor and equipment) before starting work. Only dry cleaning of laboratory / production using disinfectants is not allowed. Waste and rubbish should be collected in special containers with a moving lid and should be removed at least once a day. Hand-washed sinks, toilets and garbage containers should be cleaned, rinsed and disinfected daily. Personnel are required to follow the rules of personal hygiene and industrial sanitation, to carry out the relevant personnel to perform food, smoking, as well as storage of food, tobacco and personal medicines in pharmacies, training and scientific research laboratories and departures. Pharmaceutical establishments do not comply with the hygienic norms of the internal and external environment, physical, chemical and biological factors of the labor process. The facility also does not take into account psychosocial factors related to safety (stress, communication, post-traumatic stress, etc.); Most pharmaceutical establishments (50-60%) do not have a fire board with appropriate equipment, evacuation exit and scheme. Also has no person responsible for the matter; Disobsibility and specialist protection/separation facility prior to pandemic were minimal (increased by 99%) during pandemic; The state should create an appropriate legislative and institutional framework; We think this will help transform the existing department into an effective labor inspectorate. The possibility will be created of the institutional capacity of its independence and efficiency, and the law will also provide guarantees for the individual independence of inspectors. Also, the bill should directly refer to the Labor Inspectorate as the body responsible for law enforcement.
