The external severe and complex economic situation has a great impact on the efficiency of the company’s investment implementation. The in-depth implementation of the lean investment management concept also puts forward new requirements for improving the extensive distribution network investment management mode. In addition, in recent years, the proportion of investment in distribution network projects of 10kV and below has increased, and its management mode is difficult to keep up with the new investment management requirements. Therefore, this project takes the infrastructure projects of 10kV and below as the research object, constructs the investment plan curve by studying the business rules of construction, accounting and materials, and deepens its application in the early warning of investment plan implementation based on the investment plan line, and provides an effective support tool for the investment lean management and control of distribution network.

Abstract — Voltage stability has become important concern in the operation of electric power distribution networks. Voltage instability can cause damage to electrical equipments if it occurs for a long time. This paper aims to design and build long-term voltage stability detection equipment on low-voltage network. Voltage sensors and current sensors are used to obtain voltage and current data. The Arduino microcontroller is used to process calculation of long-term voltage stability detection from data obtained from the sensors. The results of detection of voltage stability conditions are displayed with the LED indicators. Test result on three-phase low-voltage distribution network shows that equipment can detect long–term voltage stability disturbance online and dynamically. Keywords— Detection, long-term voltage stability, low-voltage distribution network.

Demsetz (1968) and Posner (1972) suggested competitive bidding as an alternative to natural monopoly regulation. Williamson (1976) and Goldberg (1976) argued that the problems of natural monopoly regulation are inherent in long-term investment under uncertainty. Long- and short-term franchising contracts may be more problematic than regulation. This paper reviews the literature and UK experience. It examines London Underground's recent long-term (thirty-year) contract for its electricity distribution network. This has avoided the Oakland CATV problems described by Williamson, but involves considerable resources to monitor. Competitive contracting seems feasible and advantageous versus public provision. Its merits versus utility regulation warrant further consideration.

The technical and economic aspects and the possibility of the mesh network topology offering many radial configurations lead to the fact that large municipal networks are generally under radial operation. However, it is very important to analyze the operation and control of the mesh networks, especially in terms of their safety and durability and in the frame of the smart grid concept, respectively. The article deals with the analysis of the operation of the dense-mesh municipal distribution network of E.ON Distribuce a.s. based on the long-term data from power quality monitors. It also shows a brief view of the current lack of data usability from monitors installed in distribution networks in the context of smart grid.
