In this paper, a kind of efficient air-conditioning control system is proposed. PIC18F458 is adopted as main control unit of the system , which collects all kinds of analog singles such as temperature, humidity and so on, then convert them to digital by the A/D itself. After disposing and calculating each analog signal the system drives corresponding actuator to work to adjust temperature, humidity and cleanness of the air in bus, making passengers satisfied with air quality in bus.

In this paper, based on the Siemens S7-200 programmable controller in the central air conditioning control system, hardware and software of the central air-conditioning control system is designed. In hardware design PLC controller is used as controlling core to control temperature and humidity of the entire process. In the software design, control programming and multi-loop control of temperature, humidity PID algorithm are completed by using PLC programming software STEP7 because of its characteristics that it is easy to read and easy to achieve complete control. Lastly, Related parameter is set and the information is displayed by touching screen.

Electromagnetic control valve (ECV) controls an automobile vehicle air conditioning compressor based on a pulse width modulation (PWM) input signal that supplied from an external controller. For maintaining a suitable range of temperatures inside the vehicle, suction and crankcase port pressure controls the swash (wobble) plate at certain angle. Suction and crankcase port pressure controlled in ECV can be analyzed by experimental test by considering different technical assumptions. This research paper highlights the flow of air from crankcase port with correspondence with amount of variable supply of current to obtain the experimental test data which is important to maintain the vehicle temperature inside the compartment for passengers comfort.
