In this paper it constructs a phase shift to control zero-voltage-switching of high frequency inverter spot welding power supply topology structure. Through testing the former vice edge current, the system realizes the closed loop control. In this paper, it shows the working condition of main circuit modal. The experimental results proved the advantages of the topological structure.

Aiming at the problem of output current waveform distortion caused by superimposed high frequency components in the output current of varying polarity of VPPAW power supply. A novel adaptive PID controller with automatic switching is introduced in this paper, and the controller is established based on the evolution path of the operating point of the VPPAW power supply. Compared with the traditional linear PID controller, the adaptive controller proposed in this paper is very suitable for the control of arc load with strong dynamic characteristics and can effectively improve output waveform of the welding system.

Switching power supply is an important field of application of power electronic technology, the high frequency switching DC power supply with high efficiency, small size, light weight and other advantages obtain the widespread application. The application of synchronous rectifier technology, photoelectric coupling isolation technology and the active clamp forward converter design high frequency switching power supply with 16~40V DC input and 5V/100W DC output . its operational principle is analyzed, and using LM5026 control chip describes design method of switching power supply.
