Abstract In the production management of offshore oil field, the production of single well is very important for reservoir understanding and production allocation. Because of the high cost and short life of the conventional underwater flowmeter, the virtual metering technology has gradually become a trend. ESP (electric submersible pump) is a kind of mechanical equipment commonly used in artificial lift oil recovery method, and used in offshore oil field development and production. Based on the characteristics of ESP and real-time production data, this paper establishes the oil well flow inversion model and proposes a fast calculation method to meet the application requirements, which provides a new method for the acquisition of production information of offshore oil fields.

The Reciprocating Compressor is becoming one of the common classes of mechanical equipment and plays an important role in offshore oil field re-vitalisation. A wide variety of vibration and failure problems may occur in reciprocating compressors, associated supporting frames and offshore support structure. Excessive vibration problems usually occur when a mechanical natural frequency of the support structural system or compressor manifold system is excited by a pulsation or mechanical excitation source. Since reciprocating compressors generate high pulsation levels at numerous harmonics, which in turn produce shaking forces, vibration and failure problems in these systems are common. These can lead to failures of the compressor, bearings system and or offshore supporting structure/platform. In addition, special problems can occur due to the torsional natural frequencies and the high harmonic torques, due to the compressor loading. Shock absorbers can be designed to control and mitigate the vibration from the compressor applied to the supporting structure. In order to design an appropriate number and location for shock absorbers, it is important to determine the vibration characteristics of the reciprocating compressor on the offshore platform and assess the interactions between it and the supporting structure. This paper gives an overview of the challenges and also discusses various aspects of vibration and shock load assessment of the reciprocating compressor on an offshore platform. Application of the proposed methodology were presented for an offshore structural unit.

At present, one pumping corresponding one oil well exploitation pattern has been unable to meet the cluster well oil recovery characteristics of muti-well platform. Single-well pumping unit’s torque factor is too large, resulting in the peak of the net torque of the crank shaft is too large and the fluctuation is too large, which lead to the increasing of the pumping consumption. Slider-crank type cluster well pumping unit can realize a pumping unit driving several wells pumping and make use of the principle of rod load balancing each other, no need of special balance block, having good balance effect, the crankshaft net torque having smaller peak and energy saving effect is obvious .Proposing the cluster well pumping unit design program based on slider- crank type mechanism, establishing the corresponding motion and dynamic analysis equation and analyzing the performance of slider- crank type cluster well pumping unit based on the actual load conditions.

With the development of embedded technology and the Internet, the embedded Web server, GoAhead is embedded in the monitored Wells hardware equipment to realize automatic control functions, namely far away from the well control center can remotely access GoAhead just with the standard browser, you can see the well gets information, control instrument and parameters of the well. The system is beneficial to reservoir management department timely diagnose pathological production conditions, to analysis the reservoir changes and plan scientifically the oil field development strategy.

Optical fiber sensors have been used widely in offshore oilfield. An optical fiber sensor system including an optical fiber sensor testing temperature and pressure under well, a connector connecting the optical fiber sensor with the optical cable, two connectors connecting cables, 3600 meters armoured optical cable and an interrogator was applied in an offshore oil well on Zhoushan island. The temperature and pressure under well have been measured for about two month and the testing results are presented in this paper.

The underground situation of Haita oil field is complicated, the chasm develop better, prone appear card and collapsed situation in drilling process. Formation dip larger and prone appear well deviation in drilling process, repeatedly corrected well deviation cause the quality of well bore worse, leading to a large segment of "pregnant", "the candied fruit" well hole. Well diameter irregular and well bore quality assurance is not easy, bring difficulty on ensure cementing project quality. Statistics substandard quality cementing wells during drilling, the average single well corrected well deviation up to 3 times. The oil well cement fluid loss reducer of our country experiencing imitation, self-study and self-improvement process. Especially since the 1990s, the research and application of domestic oil well cement fluid loss reducer rendered vitality, a series of fluid loss reducer products gradually replace foreign products.
