ABSTRACT This is the announcement of a draft genome sequence of Coxiella burnetii strain Leningrad-2, phase I. The strain, which is mildly virulent in infected guinea pigs, was isolated in 1957 from the blood of a patient with acute Q fever in Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg), Russia.

The largest global Q fever outbreak occurred in The Netherlands during 2007 to 2010. Goats and sheep were identified as the major sources of disease. Here, we report the first complete genome sequence ofCoxiella burnetiigoat outbreak strain NL3262 and that of an epidemiologically linked chronic human strain, both having the outbreak-relatedCbNL01multilocus variable-number tandem-repeat analysis (MLVA) genotype.

Ogataea degrootiae is an ascomycete yeast that was first isolated in the Netherlands in 2017. It is a member of the Pichiaceae clade. Here, we present the genome sequence of O. degrootiae UCD465, which was isolated from soil in Ireland. This genome is 14.6 Mb and haploid.

Here, we report the draft genome sequence of Pseudorhodobacter sp. strain E13, a Gram-negative, aerobic, nonflagellated, and rod-shaped bacterium which was isolated from the Yellow Sea in South Korea. The assembled genome sequence is 3,878,578 bp long with 3,646 protein-coding sequences in 159 contigs.
