ABSTRACT Mycobacterium heckeshornense is a slow-growing mycobacterial species for which pathogenic features are unclear. Here, we report the complete genome sequence of an M. heckeshornense type strain. This sequence will provide essential information for future taxonomic and comparative genome studies of these mycobacteria.

ABSTRACT Mycobacterium marinum is a slowly growing, broad-host-range mycobacterial species. Here, we report the complete genome sequence of a Mycobacterium marinum type strain that was isolated from tubercles of diseased fish. This sequence will provide essential information for future taxonomic and comparative genome studies of its relatives.

ABSTRACT Mycobacterium abscessus subsp. bolletii is a rapidly growing mycobacterial organism for which the taxonomy is unclear. Here, we report the complete genome sequence of a Mycobacterium abscessus subsp. bolletii type strain. This sequence will provide essential information for future taxonomic and comparative genome studies of these mycobacteria.

ABSTRACT Vibrio vulnificus has the highest death rate and economic burden per case of any foodborne pathogen in the United States. A complete genome sequence of the type strain promotes comparative analyses with other clinical and environmental isolates, improving our understanding of this important human pathogen and successful environmental organism.

Arcobacter skirrowii is a species of veterinary importance, originally recovered from the feces, aborted fetuses, and preputial fluids of livestock. We present here the whole-genome sequence of the A. skirrowii type strain LMG 6621 (= 449/80T = CCUG 10374T), isolated in the United Kingdom from a lamb diarrheal fecal sample.

Multiple Arcobacter species have been recovered from fresh and contaminated waters, marine environments, and shellfish. Arcobacter mytili was recovered in 2006 from mussels collected from the Ebro River delta in Catalonia, Spain.

ABSTRACT Acinetobacter indicus (Gammaproteobacteria) is a strict aerobic nonmotile bacterium. The strain SGAir0564 was isolated from air samples collected in Singapore. The complete genome is 3.1 Mb and was assembled using a combination of short and long reads. The genome contains 2,808 protein-coding genes, 80 tRNAs, and 21 rRNA subunits.

Here, we report the first complete genome sequence of the potential deoxynivalenol-degrading strain Youhaiella tibetensis F4T (China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center [CGMCC] 1.12719T). To the best of our knowledge, this is also the first announcement of the complete genome sequence of a Youhaiella species.

ABSTRACT The first complete genome sequence of a recently described Salinicola tamaricis species was determined for the strain F01T (=CCTCC AB 2015304T =KCTC 42855T). The strain was isolated from the leaves of wetland plant Tamarix chinensis Lour and shows a high tolerance to heavy metals, such as manganese, nickel, lead, and copper ions.
