Ameloblastic carcinoma (AC) is a scarce malignant tumor which is more prevalent in the mandible than the maxilla. It occurs in a wide range of age groups, and there is a sex predilection in males. AC shows specific microscopic features and requires more aggressive surgical treatment plans in comparison with conventional ameloblastoma. Radiographically, AC resembles ameloblastoma except that it rarely represents focal mineralized materials, seemingly reflecting dystrophic calcification. This characteristic is uncommon in typical ameloblastomas, and only few cases reported with such opacities and mineralized materials. Due to this rare radiographic and microscopic presentation, an accurate diagnosis could be challenging, and pathologists should consider a combination of benign and malignant odontogenic tumors occurring in jaws.

Lymphangiomas of breast are rare with only a few cases being reported so far. Among these secondary lymphangioma have been reported but cases of primary lymphangioma are even rarer. Due to its proclivity to mimic malignancy clinically, its accurate diagnosis plays a crucial role in management of these patients. This is a unique case where cytology suggested a diagnosis of vascular malformation ruling out malignancy, thus avoiding unnecessary surgical exploration along with untoward effects of chemo/radiotherapy. The histopathology revealed diagnosis of lymphangioma circumscriptum of breast

Epiglottis dermoid cysts are generally benign lesions, which can affect all the age groups. Dermoid cysts arising from the head and neck region are rare, slow growing, and well-circumscribed neoplasm. Symptoms are non-specific and usually related to the size and the location of the lesion. A dermoid cyst of the epiglottis is extremely rare. To the best of our knowledge, only one case has been previously reported in the English literature and a total of three cases were presented in Russian literature in two studies. In our report, a middle-aged male presented with foreign body sensation in throat for 1-year and difficulty in swallowing for three months, mainly for solids. Thorough history, clinical examination and relevant investigation were done. Direct laryngoscopy was done and complete surgical excision was done. The aim of the case report is to present a rare case of epiglottic dermoid cyst, its clinical presentation, radio-logical features and surgical management.

In our case report, 72 years old female came with complain of slowly growing, painless swelling on right infra auricular area which was diagnosed as oncocytoma of parotid gland. She was successfully treated with superficial parotidectomy. Since the oncocytoma of parotid gland is very rare tumor and may confuse with other parotid diseases like pleomorphic adenoma, mucoepidermoid carcinoma. As the cure rate of the disease is excellent, so it is advised to make the appropriate diagnosis whenever the case is encountered.

Schwannoma is a benign nerve sheath tumour that originates from schwann cells of the peripheral nerve. In spite of constituting 25-40% of head and neck tumours its in-traoral presentation is rare which accounts for only 1%. The purpose of this case report is to highlight the rarity of this lesion, to emphasize the significance of an accurate diagnosis and to include tumours of nerve sheath origin in the differential diagnosis of facial asymmetry.

The mortality and morbidity rates of non-tubal ectopic pregnancies with abdominal hemorrhaging are 7–8 times higher than those of tubal pregnancies. Diaphragmatic pregnancy is a rare non-tubal ectopic form, causing acute abdominal hemoperitoneum. Here, we present a case of a primary diaphragmatic ectopic pregnancy with hemorrhage that was immediately diagnosed and successfully managed with laparoscopic surgery. Rapid and accurate diagnosis using appropriate imaging modalities is critical for improving the prognosis of a child-bearing woman with an abdominal pregnancy.
