In order to analyze the driving factors of innovation and entrepreneurship, based on the time series analysis algorithm, this paper combines the analysis requirements of innovation and entrepreneurship driving factors to improve the time series, uses decomposition methods to decompose the complex original data into relatively simple components and reconstruct them, and predicts the reconstructed components to integrate the final predicted value. Moreover, this paper introduces entrepreneurial attitude as an intermediary variable and verifies it through data collection and statistical analysis, so that entrepreneurial traits influence entrepreneurial propensity through entrepreneurial attitude. The test results show that entrepreneurial attitude can better explain the influence of entrepreneurial traits on entrepreneurial propensity. In addition, this paper constructs an analysis model of driving factors for innovation and entrepreneurship, obtains experimental data through questionnaire survey methods, and conducts experimental research in combination with mathematical statistics. From the statistical results, it can be seen that the innovative and entrepreneurial driving factor analysis model based on time series analysis proposed in this paper is effective.

The research of time series analysis model to predict the effect of rice blast, provides the reference for the prediction of the disease. In successive years of planting area and the rice blast incidence area as the original data,were used to establish the forecast model of time series analysis of moving average, exponential mean and variance analysis of periodic extrapolation of rice blast incidence, analysis its forecast results, and built at the beginning ofthe prediction was verified in application. The experimental results show that the time sequence analysis model can be used for long-term forecasting of rice blast.

Mediação como direito fundamental: entre a previsão legal e a realidade do sistema jurídico brasileiro Resumo: Trata-se de estudo que tem como objetivo responder ao problema de pesquisa: considerando a realidade normativa que inseriu definitivamente a mediação como instrumento consensual para a administração de conflitos, é possível compatibilizar a necessidade da utilização desse mecanismo com a previsão legal? A pesquisa possui abordagem qualitativa e realiza análise descritiva com base em revisão de literatura e interpretação da legislação sobre o tema. Para complementar a abordagem qualitativa, o estudo conta com suporte quantitativo com base na avaliação de indicadores formatados em padrões numéricos e verificação de resultados e time series analysis. Baseado análise dos dados, conclui-se que ainda não é possível a compatibilização entre a necessidade do jurisdicionado e a previsão legal que estabelece os Centros Judiciários de Solução de Conflitos e Cidadania, porque estão ausentes fatores materiais, legais e culturais que promovam a adequação entre o texto legal e a realidade fática. Mediação. ______ Mediation as a fundamental right: between legal forecast and the reality of the brazilian legal system Abstract: This research aims to answer the following question: considering the normative reality that inserted in a definitively way the mediation as a consensual instrument for the administration of conflicts, is it possible to reconcile the need to use this mechanism with the legal provision? The research has a qualitative approach and performs descriptive analysis based on literature review and interpretation of legislation on the subject. To complement the qualitative approach, the research its supported by a quantitative approach, from the evaluation of indicators formatted in numerical standards and verification of results and time series analysis model. Based on the analysis of the data, we conclude that it is still not possible to reconcile the jurisdictional need and the legal prediction established by the Judicial Centers for Conflict Resolution and Citizenship, because there are no material, legal and cultural factors that promote the adequacy between the legal text and the factual reality.
