The purpose of this chapter is to extend the research on determinants of entrepreneurial intentions in the agricultural industry by using the theoretical framework of determinants of entrepreneurial intentions and entrepreneurial event model. By employing the DEI and EEM, the researchers evaluate how perceived desirability, perceived feasibility, individual background, and triggering events can influence the attitude of an individual and in turn how entrepreneurial attitude can control entrepreneurial intentions. To achieve the objective, a questionnaire survey was held using the sample of 335 PhD, master, and bachelor students in commerce, business, and economics from an Indian central university. The data was analysed using a linear regression model. The findings advocate that perceived desirability, perceived feasibility, individual background, and triggering events are positively related to entrepreneurial attitude, and the entrepreneurial attitude positively and significantly influences entrepreneurial intentions in the agricultural sector.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine and analyze the mediating effect of entrepreneurial outcome expectations and entrepreneurial attitude on the influence of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention. This study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory survey methods. The data collection tool in this study uses a questionnaire. In contrast, in determining the number of samples, this study applied convenience sampling so as obtain 75 young people in district Sukaresik, Tasikmalaya. The analysis technique carried out in this study was regression-based Serial Multiple Mediators using Macro Process software developed by Andrew F. Hayes. The result showed that entrepreneurial self-efficacy to entrepreneurial intention has a direct influence. In addition, entrepreneurial outcome expectations and entrepreneurial attitudes also serially mediate the effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions. The originality of this research is the adaptation of Social Cognitive Career Theory into entrepreneurial intention research which is still relatively rare. This research has a theoretical contribution to research on entrepreneurial intentions, which is still dominated by the theory of planned behavior developed by Icek Ajzen.JEL : M20, A22, I20.Keywords : entrepreneurial outcome expectations, entrepreneurial attitude, entrepreneurial intention.

In order to analyze the driving factors of innovation and entrepreneurship, based on the time series analysis algorithm, this paper combines the analysis requirements of innovation and entrepreneurship driving factors to improve the time series, uses decomposition methods to decompose the complex original data into relatively simple components and reconstruct them, and predicts the reconstructed components to integrate the final predicted value. Moreover, this paper introduces entrepreneurial attitude as an intermediary variable and verifies it through data collection and statistical analysis, so that entrepreneurial traits influence entrepreneurial propensity through entrepreneurial attitude. The test results show that entrepreneurial attitude can better explain the influence of entrepreneurial traits on entrepreneurial propensity. In addition, this paper constructs an analysis model of driving factors for innovation and entrepreneurship, obtains experimental data through questionnaire survey methods, and conducts experimental research in combination with mathematical statistics. From the statistical results, it can be seen that the innovative and entrepreneurial driving factor analysis model based on time series analysis proposed in this paper is effective.

This study aims to analyze the correlation between the bridal make-up training program and the entrepreneurial attitude of students at the non-formal education institution of LKP Kartika. This study uses a correlational method with a quantitative approach. This research is a population study with 12 trainees as respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used is product moment correlation analysis. The results of the rxy calculation obtained in this study are 0.619, while the value of r Product Moment in the table with a significance level of 5% and N = 12 is 0.576. So that the calculated r value is greater than the Product Moment r value in the table (0.619 > 0.576) with the conclusion that there is a relationship between the bridal make-up training program and the entrepreneurial attitude of citizens studying at non-formal education institutions LKP Kartika.
