Recently, various indoor based sensors that were formerly separated from the digital world, are now intertwined with it. The data visualization may aid in the comprehension of large amounts of information. Building on current server-based models, this study intends to display real environmental data acquired by IoT agents in the interior environment. Sensors attached to Arduino microcontrollers are used to collect environmental data for the smart campus environment, including air temperature, light intensity, and humidity. This proposed framework uses the system's server and stores sensor readings, which are subsequently shown in real time on the server platform and in the environment application. However, most current IoT installations do not make use of the enhanced digital representations of the server and its graphical display capabilities in order to improve interior safety and comfort conditions. The storage of such real-time data in a standard and organized way is still being examined even though sensor data integration with storing capacity server-based models has been studied in academics.

Social networks contain a large amount of unstructured data. To ensure the stability of unstructured big data, this study proposes a method for visual dynamic simulation model of unstructured data in social networks. This study uses the Hadoop platform and data visualization technology to establish a univariate linear regression model according to the time correlation between data, estimates and approximates perceptual data, and collects unstructured data of social networks. Then, the unstructured data collected from the original social network are processed, and an adaptive threshold is designed to filter out the influence of noise. The unstructured data of social network after feature analysis are processed to extract its visual features. Finally, this study carries out the Hadoop cluster design, implements data persistence by HDFS, uses MapReduce to extract data clusters for distributed computing, builds a visual dynamic simulation model of unstructured data in social network, and realizes the display of unstructured data in social network. The experimental results show that this method has a good visualization effect on unstructured data in social networks and can effectively improve the stability and efficiency of unstructured data visualization in social networks.

Low-cost sensors are revolutionizing air pollution monitoring by providing real-time, highly localized air quality information. The relatively low-cost nature of these devices has made them accessible to the broader public. Although there have been several fitness-of-purpose appraisals of the various sensors on the market, little is known about what drives sensor usage and how the public interpret the data from their sensors. This article attempts to answer these questions by analyzing the key themes discussed in the user reviews of low-cost sensors on Amazon. The themes and use cases identified have the potential to spur interventions to support communities of sensor users and inform the development of actionable data-visualization strategies with the measurements from such instruments, as well as drive appropriate ‘fitness-of-purpose’ appraisals of such devices.

Tree House Explorer (THEx) is a genome browser that integrates phylogenomic data and genomic annotations into a single interactive platform for combined analysis. THEx allows users to visualize genome-wide variation in evolutionary histories and genetic divergence on a chromosome-by-chromosome basis, with continuous sliding window comparisons to gene annotations, recombination rates, and other user-specified, highly customizable feature annotations. THEx provides a new platform for interactive phylogenomic data visualization to analyze and interpret the diverse evolutionary histories woven throughout genomes. Hosted on Conda, THEx integrates seamlessly into new or pre-existing workflows.
