There is a special class of logic gates, called universal gates, any one of which is sufficient to express any desired computation. The NAND gate is truly global, given that it is already known, each Boolean function can be represented in a circuit that contains only NOT and AND gates, it is sufficient to show that these gates can be defined from the NAND gate. The effect of Rashba spin-orbit interaction (SOI) on the gate response and spin current density in a series of non-interacting one-dimensional rings connected to some leads is studied theoretically within the waveguide theory. The gates response and spin current density are computed in geometry of the system containing two terminal double quantum rings. Also, the presence and absence of Rashba SOI are treated as the two inputs of the AND/NAND/NOT gates. Furthermore, simulation of the device performance demonstrates that vital improvement toward spintronic applications can be achieved by optimizing device parameters such as magnetic flux and Rashba coefficient.

Cancer is a multifactorial disease characterized by complex molecular landscape and altered cell pathways that results in an abnormal cell growth. Natural compounds are target-specific and pose a limited cytotoxicity; therefore, can aid in the development of new therapeutic interventions for the treatment of this versatile disease. Berberine is a member of the protoberberine alkaloids family, mainly present in the root, stem, and bark of various trees, and has a reputed anticancer activity. Nonetheless, the limited bioavailability and low absorption rate are the two major hindrances following berberine administration as only 0.5% of ingested berberine absorbed in small intestine while this percentage is further decreased to 0.35%, when enter in systemic circulation. Nano-based formulation is believed to be an ideal candidate to increase absorption percentage as at nano scale level, compounds can absorb rapidly in gut. Nanotechnology-based therapeutic approaches have been implemented to overcome such problems, ultimately promoting a higher efficacy in the treatment of a plethora of diseases. This review present and critically discusses the anti-proliferative role of berberine and the nanotechnology-based therapeutic strategies used for the nano-scale delivery of berberine. Finally, the current approaches and promising perspectives of latest delivery of this alkaloid are also critically analyzed and discussed.

Image Steganography isa method of concealment secret information, by embedding it into a video, image. It is one in every of the methods employed to protect secret or sensitive information from malicious attacks. Here we are consider secure image data transmission through secure nano-scale communication circuit, Quantum-dot cellular automata (QCA), could be a new paradigm that replaces CMOS circuits by victimization the charge configuration. QCA is used to design the modern digital circuits at the Nanoscale. Thus, using QCA to implement the proposed design reduces 28.33% of area compared with CMOS implementation. When we consider the features of QCA nanotechnology, it performs well low power dissipation and nano scale size at high frequency is exploring as a emerging technology to replace CMOS based systems. The technology behind the QCA Feynman, Toffoli, and Fredkin universal reversible logic gates circuits in the base are implemented and analyzed. In order to optimize the design QCA technology extend up to 5-input majority gates and use a F-Gate. We are proposed reversible XOR gate like Feynman gate as an Encoder/Decoder circuit. Further consider the benifits of QCA the proposed circuit is encoder circuit is also used for reverse computing to encode the data and to use the LSB technique in the image pixels for secure nano communication circuit. We estimated the area and latency of the QCA circuit
