It is extremely urgent to study on the scientific and reasonable evaluation index system in this field when small and medium-sized enterprises start turning to purchase cloud services instead of IT hardware. By making use of analytic network process, based on characteristics of cloud services, referring to common QoS properties in cloud service evaluation, 11 cloud service evaluation indexes are established in this paper and each index is quantified.

Facing the current situation of aging society, the health of the elderly has once again become an important issue related to people's livelihood. Aiming at the health problems of the elderly, with the improvement of science and technology, a series of wearable health monitoring products targeted at the elderly have gradually appeared. In order to accurately provide the elderly with a good experience in the interaction of wearable health monitoring products, this article obtains the needs of the elderly according to the research content of ergonomics, and addresses the needs of the elderly from their physical, psychological and Three angles of interaction were classified; then based on the demand, a Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method was used to build a house of quality model, which transformed the needs of the elderly into design requirements, and combined with Analytic Network Process (ANP) to build a model evaluation index system. Combining the house of quality model with the network analysis method, so that the advantages of the ANP method can be fully utilized, the shortcomings of the QFD method can be overcome, and the degree of interaction between factors in the index system can be better reflected, so that the attribute weights given are more reasonable. Finally, a fuzzy QFDANP method model for the selection and modification of such product design schemes is constructed, which not only avoids the subjective and unreasonable factors of the initial requirements acquisition of the product design, but also can target the applicability requirements of the product functions and structure Modifications provide clear goals for the design and selection of design options for such products. The validity and practicability of the method are verified by examples.

Environmental logistics was paid great attention as the results of the rapid developments of society and economy, and threats of the materials and environment. Many experts have studied the environmental logistics, but few of them do evaluation on it. This paper built a reasonable index system and used the decision-making method ANP to improve the traditional evaluation method. The ANP is a method with dependence and feedback and was done in the paper by using the Super Decisions software, the report of which can do a favor for the related decision-makers.

The concepts of sustainability and resilience have become very popular in the field of urban infrastructure. This paper reviews previous research on sustainability and resilience of urban infrastructure. The concepts of urban infrastructure’s sustainability and resilience are compared from the perspectives of dimensions, properties, goals, and methodologies. The paper systematically assesses the sustainability and resilience of urban infrastructure by using the concept of the grade point average (GPA). The GPA of urban infrastructure’s sustainability and resilience (urban infrastructure SR-GPA) is proposed as a unified concept. The assessment index system of urban infrastructure SR-GPA is constructed from five dimensions including demand, status, influence, resource, and measure. The analytic network process (ANP) is used to assess urban infrastructure SR-GPA considering the interaction between the indexes. The ANP structure model of urban infrastructure SR-GPA is established based on the assessment method and index system. The Harbin subway SR-GPA is selected as an empirical study to test the applicability of the proposed assessment method. The results show that the assessment indexes have different impacts on urban infrastructure SR-GPA. The Harbin subway SR-GPA is in a low level and can be upgraded through increasing construction investment, allocating resources efficiently, and considering resilience in the whole life cycle.

Kegiatan bisnis pada toko daring semakin berkembang dengan seiring berkembangnya teknologi, proses jual dan beli dengan media internet pun semakin marak dilakukan oleh Masyarakat. Masyarakat tidak perlu lagi keluar rumah dan menghadapi macetnya jalan jika ingin membeli suatu barang. Perkembangan inipun dirasakan oleh masyarakat khususnya mahasiswa Politeknik Ganesha. Mahasiswa Politeknik Ganesha sering melakukan kegiatan berbelanja di toko daring atau biasa dikenal dengan online shop. Kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Politeknik Ganesha ini seringkali menimbulkan perbincangan tentang toko daring. Perbincangan seputar toko daring untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mahasiswa dalam berbelanja online, serta perbincangan dalam perbandingan memilih toko daring mana yang terbaik dalam berlanja online. Dengan permasalahan yang terjadi dikalangan mahasiswa Politeknik Ganesha, maka penting diketahui dalam menentukan keputusan pemilihan toko daring mana yang terbaik dilingkungan Politeknik Ganesha. Proses pemilihan tersebut menggunakan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP) sebagai salah satu metode pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. 10 kriteria yang sudah ditentukan oleh mahasiswa Politeknik Ganesha, yaitu: Nomor Telepon/Chatting Online, Produk Popular, Gratis Ongkos Kirim, Sistem Pemabayaran, Logo, Sosial Media Link, Toko Finder, Merk Produk, Berita Terbaru, dan Trusmark. Dan 3 alternatif jenis Toko Daring yaitu: Bukalapak, Shopee dan Lazada. Hasil penelitian pada pengolahan data menggunakan metode ANP menunjukkan bahwa jenis toko daring yang bisa direkomendasikan dikalangan mahasiswa Politeknik Ganesha adalah yang peratama sebagai prioritas tertinggi Shopee = 3.80, kemudian yang kedua adalah Bukalapak = 3.73, dan yang terakhir adalah Lazada = 2.47.

Nowadays, it is obvious that creative tourism industry has become very essential for countries and societies; therefore, governments work on constituting policies in order to develop this industry. To be successful in improving creative tourism industry, governments should identify the influential factors and focus on ones that are more important rather than investing a bit on many different factors. Because of the interrelations among factors, this research is aiming to prioritize factors that influence strategic policies of creative tourism industry in Iran using analytic network process (ANP). Data were collected during the period of May 2017 to February 2018. Participants in this research are 13 tourism experts with more than 10 years' experience in the field. Results show that the most influential criterion is "business support" and the most influential subcriterion is "supporting midsize businesses." This study helps policy makers to improve creative tourism by emphasizing on those factors that have high priority from the viewpoint of strategic policy-making.
