Focus on the disadvantages such as complicated circuit , poor reliability, difficulty troubleshooting and etc of the traditional relay-contactor control system of Z3040 radial drilling machine, the PLC control system design plan was proposed, the hardware and software design of electrical control system included the PLC selection, the I/O terminal assignments, the I/O hardware wiring diagram drawing as well as the PLC ladder program design was completed in this thesis based on control theory analysis of radial drilling machine.

This paper introduces the hydraulic control system design for the change-wheel garage of Chongqing light rails through analysis of three-stage cylinder synchronization circuit for lifting bodies, and optimizing the design of the slewing mechanism with respect to the hydraulic servo control system of digital cylinder. The results improved the smoothness in the process of changing wheel lifting and the rotary accuracy of the rotary mechanism. Design on the PLC control system of the system is also included as part of this paper.

A new magnetic plate-type precision seeding production line and its control system were designed based on the magnetic seed-metering principle. The control system is consisted of DVP-40ES Programmable Logic Controller and LJD-51-XB+ Mico Controller Unit. The PLC control system controls the working flow of the production line. The MCU control system controls turnover movement of the sowing board and up-and-down movement of the seed case for whole tray seed-filling and sowing. Seeding tests for the magnetic powder coated rape seeds showed that the rate of single-seeding, over-seeding and miss-seeding were 90.2778%, 4.6875% and 5.0347% respectively. The seeding speed was 257 trays per hour, an average of each tray with 14s. It meets the requirements of precision seeding. The system design is reasonable and reliable.
