Objects needs verification through statistical model in software development process which are important in software industries now a day. Software development process consist of several steps right from analysis to deployment and maintenance, therefore statistical model would certainly analyses object(s) and its various qualities and its relationship during software development process. Earlier, we have designed a TMS where, object(s) being available for various purposes like accessibility, reusability in a development of software product or embedded product, thus statistical model justify the level of accessibility in terms of profitability and quantity of access. So far various statistical models have been implemented to identify and established the relationship but not all statistical model are used to analyses and calculate the parametric standard and determine the reusability factor in software development process model. In fact, this statistical model justified at various level of development and would help in determine cost of accessibility (CoA) and cost of reusability (CoR)

Heuristic evaluation is one of the most used techniques to evaluate the level of usability of a software product. In this research, we performed a comprehensive analysis of the recent studies which report the use of this method in the context of a software development process. The purpose was to identify the specific way in which each author performs this usability evaluation method, in order to propose a formal protocol. After an indeed examination of these studies, we have determined there are several differences in the way this technique is conducted according to the literature. There is no agreement about the number of inspectors that should participate, the usability principles that should be used, the profile of the specialists who must be part of the assessment team, or the evaluation process that should be followed. This work highlights the available settings and a detailed procedure to perform a heuristic evaluation in the domain of software products.

The National Defence University of Malaysia (NDUM) is the sole provider of tertiary education for future military personnel. As a boutique university, NDUM emphasises on developing military character strengths among its students in all aspects of co-curricular and academic curriculum. This paper will present the relationship between Military Character Strengths (MCS) and the software development process (SDP), as part of the Final Year Project (FYP) for Computer Science students at the Faculty of Defence Science and Technology. This study has analysed the formation of an outstanding and successful NDUM student, which can be influenced by the MCS. NDUM has outlined the characteristics of its ideal graduates, known as the 'Leaders of Character' (LoC). The results showed that MCS are important attributes of LoC implementation. The results further showed that there was a correlation between MCS and LoC in software development process for Computer Science students in NDUM.

The rapid growth in technology and the dynamism in our society today poses a lot of problems for Software Engineering practitioners. The result is a series of software development process methods that can be used to combat or meet up with the problems. What we can do is evolve, grow, and adapt to the changes that come along with development. This is the dynamism inherent in man—to adapt to change and improve ourselves and our existing systems—since the world is a far cry from what it was a few decades ago. On this basis lay the need to develop the model proposed in this chapter to meet the variations that exist as a result of technological development.

The Software Engineering can be considered a new area. During its recent history, many techniques applied for managing and producing software have been taken from Industrial Engineering. It is known that issues related to achieve the deadline, cost and functionalities are being discussed and are still a challenge for software development. This paper aims to propose a software development process model based on concepts of Industrial Engineering. Besides, the paper discusses some standards and models from Software Engineering that helped in the development of the model proposed. The result of this work is the model itself, together with some future works proposed to continue the research.
