The high cost of assembling laboratories for higher education is a challenge when there is a contingency of resources. An alternative to overcome the high cost in the development of the basic structures of the teaching laboratories, is the designing and implementation of laboratory workbenches, built with the help of teachers, technicians and university students. In this work will be approached the project of didactic workbenches for the laboratory of electrical installations, capable of attending the most varied menus, as well as courses such as Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urbanism, among others. Analyzing from a financial point of view, there is an economy above 90%, compared to commercial didactic workbenches in market. In addition, taking into account the teaching-learning aspect of the students, the benefits are greater, since the very design, design and construction of the benches represent an important form of practical learning. In addition, the workbench aims to increase the degree of complexity of the tasks compared to the existing equipment in the market, since it encompasses more concepts. For the acquisition of materials, it is suggested the use of institutional resources or partnership with public and private companies.

Artificial Intelligence has mostly penetrated in every field of technology and our lifestyle in numerous ways. The contribution of AI in the field of Civil engineering which mainly focuses on planning, design and construction is enormous. The main objective of this work is to develop a system that will automate the process of detecting errors in the engineering plans or drawings of structures. The work adapts convolution neural network technique with the help of Inception V3 model to automate detecting of multiple errors using Artificial Intelligence. AI technique has proven to be more effective, accurate and less time consuming against the existing manual verification technique

The paper studies the vibration behavior of a concrete structure, currently used in civil engineering. The truss structure considered has symmetries that can be used to facilitate both the design and construction of the building. Moreover, the symmetries encountered can be used to simplify the calculation of vibrations of the system. Based on the mechanical model built, eigenvalues and eigenvectors of such mechanical system are determined, and properties, specific to these symmetries, are identified. In this way, the dynamic analysis of the structure can be simplified and also, the design as well as the costs related to this stage.
