Abstract Nodular hidradenoma is an uncommon cutaneous adnexal tumor arising from sweat glands. In the skin, it usually presents as a solitary dermal nodule; excision is curative in most cases. In rare instances, it may present as a breast mass and can mimic breast carcinoma clinically and radiologically, causing diagnostic dilemmas for the treating physician and pathologist. Herein, we discuss a case of nodular hidradenoma in a 20-year-old Hispanic woman as a rapidly growing mass in the breast that mimicked breast carcinoma. We discuss the rare presentation of this uncommon tumor and the differential diagnosis of this entity, as well as the results of our literature review on the topic.

We aimed to present a case with abdominal wall endometriosis following cesarean section in this case report.
A 32 year old 39 weeks pregnant woman with G2P1 was admitted to gynaecology clinic with abdominal lump and pain in the midline. Her physical examination included a hard and painful palpable subcutaneous mass of 4x5 cm size in the midline of the abdomen which was semisolid and irreducible.
Under general anesthesia, the mass on the rectus muscle was excised with the healthy tissue around with the diagnosis of endometriosis during cesarean section and the pathological diagnosis was reported as endometriosis.
Surgical excision is the best treatment method in abdominal wall endometriosis.

This case report describes the rare presentation of lung carcinoma as bilateral masses affecting the mandibular gingivae. Although metastatic disease to the mouth is rare, accounting for only 1% of oral malignancies, it is essential to ensure that the presence of cancer is included in any differential diagnosis. CPD/Clinical Relevance: All oral abnormalities persisting for longer than 3 weeks should be referred urgently for specialist assessment and biopsy.

This case report describes a rare presentation of an osteoma in the maxillary sinus picked up from an incidental finding on an orthopantomogram that was obtained to inform orthodontic treatment. While orthodontists principally use this radiograph to assess the developing dentition, aid treatment planning and monitor treatment, several peripheral anatomical sites are evident on this radiograph. We review the literature in relation to osteomas presenting in the craniofacial area along with its management. We provide examples of common radiopaque lesions along with their radiographic features that dental healthcare clinicians may encounter.
