Widely known method of combining of different information instruments of design support is formation of a common information space. However the modern nomenclature of software for the organization of a common information space not always considers specifics of a radioelectronic equipment production. In article the task on development of a mathematical model for the electronic designer document and formalization of interaction between design tools at all stages of a project cycle of a radio-electronic equipment is researched. The mathematical model of the electronic designer document with using of the subject-oriented ontology apparatus and theory of sets is offered. Dynamics of the electronic designer document life cycle is described by using of the automata theory, graphically the model of dynamics is presented in the form of the oriented graph, simulation modeling of dynamics was carried out in the numerical computing environment MATLAB with using of an extension packet Stateflow. Application area of use of the developed mathematical model is design and tests of digital receivers of navigation satellite signals. The hardware-software automated bench and software of interaction with management system the engineering data “Lotsman: PLM” within a common information space are developed for implementation of tests of the designed digital receiver

Possible options for creating data storages in a common information space are substantiated. The results of a comparative assessment of the proposed options for creating data storages are presented. They are based on considering the criteria of information security — confidentiality, integrity and availability,. Based on the results of the comparative as-sessment, a modular model for creating data storages was identified as the most preferable in a common information space.

To effectively manage a crisis, is necessary the participation of multiple agencies related to protection and public safety, which allow actions in accordance with the demands of environment and requirements of all those affected. Interoperability is the key to comprehensive and comprehensive Crisis Management (CM), that allow to face any type of disaster, at any time or place. For this, it is necessary the permanent exchange of information that enables all the agencies involved, coordinate its operations and collaborate to manage the situation in the best way possible. This article describes the approach to interoperability in CM carried out by Secure European Common Information Space for the Interoperability of First Responders and Police (SECTOR) European Project, which has one of its main objectives, the development of an interoperability platform that allows the agencies involved in the management of a crisis, to achieve a joint, coordinated and collaborative response. The platform has a core, a Common Information Space (CIS), which manage as a single storage entity, all information of the Information Systems (ISs) connected to the platform, regardless of the model of data and computer applications used by each one of them.
