The purpose of this study is to see the level of achievement of student development tasks to be used as a basic reference in providing guidance, assistance and designing activity programs to develop student potential. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to obtain information on the level of achievement of student development tasks at the Tarbiyah Faculty of IAIN Curup. This study involved 30 PAI study program students, 30 PGMI students, 25 BKPI students, 25 English students and 16 PBA students. Data on the level of achievement of student development was collected using the Student Development Task Inventory (ITP-PT) and then analyzed by statistical analysis of percentages. As a result, the average level of achievement of student development tasks is at the individuality level. There are four aspects of development that have reached the stage of autonomy, namely awareness of responsibility achieved by students of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) study program and students of the Guidance and Counseling (BK) study program. The basic aspects of life achieved by students of the English Language Education (PBI) study program and aspects of self-acceptance and development have also reached the level of autonomy. Following up on the findings of this study, mastery of the level of achievement of student developmental tasks can be optimized through guidance and counseling activities.

This paper proposes an input mapping system that can transform various input signals from next-generation virtual reality devices to suit existing virtual reality content. Existing interactions of virtual reality content are developed based on input values for standardized commercial haptic controllers. This prevents the challenge of new ideas in content. However, controllers that are not compatible with existing virtual reality content have to take significant risks until commercialization. The proposed system allows content developers to map streams of new input devices to standard input events for use in existing content. This allows the reuse of code from existing content, even with new devices, effectively reducing development tasks. Further, it is possible to define a new input method from the perspective of content instead of the sensing results of the input device, allowing for content-specific standardization in content-oriented industries such as games and virtual reality.

There has been a recent rise in online counseling applications in response to the increased need for counseling during this pandemic. Unfortunately, the concept of online counseling apps in Indonesia is still premature because the apps just connect counselee and counselor via chat or call. These apps cannot monitor the self-development tasks that the counselors gives to the counselee, even though this is a requirement of the counseling process. The researchers in this study used M. Asimov’s model to design a new mobile app. The features to monitor self-development tasks divide into yearly, monthly and weekly planning. The information system categorizes into time and fourth quadrants of time. It is hoped that the counselee can use this to manage their activities based on the importance level to help achieve their goals. Keywords: Mobile apps, online counseling, self-development tasks monitoring, four quadrants of time

The article aims to enhance understanding of how relations, behavior and attitude of the executives and contractors to achieving the objectives by energy supplying companies affect the efficiency of the latter’s overall development. There is offered a factor-reflexive approach to diagnosing the executives’ and contractors’ attitude to realizing the tasks of developing the energy supplying companies. This approach includes models to identify and analyze the factors that influenced the change in contractors’ behavior based on the combination of expert techniques, correlation and regression analysis and evaluation of the personnel response to organizational, resource and staffing projects development, through accumulating sufficient statistical information based on the enterprise’s features, relations and environment. This approach to diagnosing executives’ and contractors’ response to the implementation of tasks and the resulting changes takes into account the subjective component of their response. Practical implementation of this approach in monitoring the conformity of the development tasks has proven the ability to identify problems from the viewpoint of the task executives.
