The article analyzes the possibility of using Bluetooth Low Energy technology to solve the problem of identifying and positioning objects. The analysis and comparison of methods for solving the problem of navigation in the room and the problems of identification and positioning of objects is carried out. The features in the methodology, the positioning algorithm and the architecture of the information system are revealed. An adaptive logic for the operation of labels is proposed. The methods of intelligent processing of signals from labels are considered. The method of selective activation of labels and methods of limiting the activation and signal reception zones are described.

The aim of the work is to find conditions under which a complex multifunctional system acquires a certain struc- ture and comes to a balanced state. The initial system, consisting of mutually influencing objects or processes, is modeled by a sign graph. Analysis of the degree of influence takes into account both the direct impact between neighboring peaks, and indirect, mediated through other objects. Examples are given and conditions are indicated under which, under the ac- tion of the mechanism of introducing feedbacks, an unbalanced initial graph of interactions comes to a stable two-class structure. Cases are shown when disturbances in a balanced graph, leading it out of this state, after the application of the feedback mechanism were leveled, and the system was stabilized. Both fully connected graphs and digraphs without cycles are investigated.

The article presents a methodology for monitoring and diagnosing local incidents with the potential for protest activity, which consists of four main steps and five related modules. The method differs from its analogues in that it takes into account the textual features of the network strategies of communication participants, hierarchical relationships between information objects, and attributes of audience activity in social networks. At the same time, the technique provides diagnostics of a local incident and detection of the beginning of its artificial mediatization. The article also demonstrates the results of experimental studies.

The enterprise is presented as a digital twin of interrelated production processes, support processes and administrative processes. A semantic indicator for a general assessment of the state of the system at different points in time is given. The semantic indicator is applied to assess the optimal control by Kalman filter. The obtained estimates of optimal control make it possible to take into account the resources consumed by the processes in the past periods. The obtained optimal control can be used with other control methods through control and observation matrices. Estimates of the optimal ratio of values are obtained: the amount of the resource in the system, the method of attracting the resource, the execution time of the method, the computational complexity of the method.

The characteristics of random geometric hypergraphs are studied as mathematical models of scalable wireless computer networks. An efficient algorithm for finding cliques in geometric graphs, constructing hypergraphs from geometric configurations has been developed. The types of hyper-edges in hypergraphs generated by a scalable configuration have been identified. The influence of random failures of nodes of computer networks and their restorations on the dynamics of hypergraphs of networks is considered. The analysis of the dynamics of the number of active nodes depending on the type of probability distributions of uptime and recovery time is carried out. The dependences of the mathematical expectation of the number of hyper-edges of certain types in the geometric hypergraph of a wireless computer network on the network operation time, on the radii of zones of reliable reception / transmission of a signal, on the ratio of the parameters of local recovery processes are obtained. The presentation of the results is accompanied by charts.

This paper presents a method of constructing the territorially oriented normative model for calculating the rating assessments of the life quality and describing the “desired” level of life quality taking into account the individual character- istics of the territories. The proposed method provides the formation of assessment criteria, principles of generalization of assessments, and scales of their interpretation by considering the socio-economic and physical-geographical features of the territories. Constructing the normative model is carried out in the case of the Krasnoyarsk region.

Over the past few decades, there has been a significant breakthrough in the field of quantum computing. Research is attracting growing interest, which has recently led to the development of quantum information systems prototypes and methods for their development. The paper describes the characteristics of the information system as an object of architecture and the representation of quantum gates using quantum circuits. A functional-component structure of a quantum information system has been built and a software implementation of a quantum information system has been made on its basis.

The paper presents a method of point automated assessment of a person’s comfort in an urban environment. A distinctive feature of the developed method is that the peculiarities of the individual’s perception of the main factors that determine the comfort level at each of the given urban space points are taken into account when evaluating the indicators of the comfort of the urban environment. This approach makes it possible to increase the correspondence of the obtained estimates to the goals and objectives of urban environment development and the significance of their use in managing the development of territories. The use of open data within the proposed method ensures the promptness of calculating urban space quality indicators. The implementation of the developed method is based on open source software. In the framework of testing the proposed method, the integral indicator of comfort was calculated and visualized for the territory of Vasilievskiy Island in St. Petersburg.

Projects for the development of the transport system of the Russian Federation involve the introduction of advanced optical technologies in the infrastructure of high-speed modern transport systems in the context of the implementation of un- manned maintenance technologies. The article presents the following areas of research carried out by the authors: — organization of high-speed super-long single-span trunk communication lines without intermediate allocation of digital channels and paths laid in areas with limited access by the maintenance personnel in areas with no infrastructure (underwater obstacles, mountainous terrain, desert and swampy areas). The authors of the article highlighted the main factors influencing the design features of high-speed ultra-long single-span communication lines; — application of photonic switching (PS) technology in high-speed backbone communication networks to ensure operational logical reconfiguration of channel structures and digital paths. Within the framework of this direction of research, the authors have proposed methods for calculating the probabilities of the occurrence of internal blockages in various structures of PS based on the use of the method of mathematical induction in order to synthesize PS structures of a given capacity; — development of effective technologies for remote monitoring of the health of transport infrastructure facilities using passive optical transmission lines. Within the framework of this line of research, the authors analyze the features of the physical prop- erties of optical fibers used as a distributed sensor on the basis of which an integrated system can be built that can measure various physical parameters, such as vibration, deformation, temperature and other parameters.
