Now in China, 18% historic cities have started the metro construction project. Due to the lack of heritage impact assessment system in China today, the historic city protection is facing the huge threat. So the establishment of the scientific historic city metro construction project of heritage impact assessment system is imminent. In This thesis, the author studies the metro construction project characteristics and historic city protection content (Xi’an as an example). Based on these, the author puts forward the metro construction projects of different stages of heritage impact assessment content and assessment of target and use the matrix and network analysis to establishes the metro project heritage impact assessment framework in historic city.

According to the Zhonghang construction project characteristics in Huidong county of Guangdong, the possible effects of pollution occurred in the development project construction period and the operation period have been respectively elaborated here. The dust occurred on construction period, waste water pollution of the operation period, and the adverse effects schemehis have been analyzed in the paper. Some concrete measurements for Zhonghang in satisfy human living project been put out.

This paper establish the index system of metro project which included four control targets of the engineering project management that is quality, cost, construction period, safety into integrated dynamic system. We realizes the PCA dimension of the 17indexes in the set and gets four principal components by using PCA of multivariate statistical methods. According to the feature vector of four main components, the main ingredients are classified and reorganized. By comparing the scores ranking of four redefined main components and evaluation scores ranking, we conduct integrated dynamic analysis of metro project objectives. Finally, the results of case study shows the conclusion is in line with the possible situations of the metro project management.
