The article considers the rating of students of higher educational institutions as a way of presenting data in a compact and capacious form for collecting and recording information about their achievements in various types of activities. The article also presents the development of a software system for rating students ' achievements in the C# programming language, which will reduce the time spent on identifying leaders and laggards

The tutorial covers the issues of building the basics of the 1C 8.3 programming language. It is intended for both beginners and advanced users. The presentation of the material is divided into two sections. The first section provides the basics of the 1C 8.3 programming language for beginners. In the second section, the use of the 1C 8.3 language is given for advanced users — in a reference form, using specific examples. Meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of higher education of the latest generation. For students of higher educational institutions studying in all areas of training and specialties, as well as for graduate students and students of the IPK.

This article presents a specific model of the distribution of the messages and retrieving information for a multilevel hierarchy of users that was recently proposed by the authors. The main channels and messengers of communication between users were analyzed and compared. A Telegram messenger bot has been developed to automate the sending of information messages, divided into hierarchical levels of recipients in educational institutions. C# programming language and .NET Core technology, Entity Framework Core, ASP.NET Web API Core, PostgreSQL database were used for development. They are implemented in the VisualStudio environment appropriate application in the form of a web application API.

Both at school and at higher educational institutions the priority generally is given to standard mathematical problems, which in most cases seem to have quite evident solutions. However some of these problems can be solved in more optimal ways, which are often not been found at all. Based on a range of examples the paper considers how to seek and apply efficient algorithms when solving a specific class of problems in the course of programming teaching. The algorithm efficiency is meant that the program (as far as the current problem specifications require) meets requirements of minimal memory use and certain speed of algorithms. The author has successfully used the problems discussed in the paper for running the distant programming competition among students of physical-mathematical and engineering profiles. Source codes for the programs discussed are indicated in terms of C++ programming language.

Currently, philologists often use various software in studying and testing foreign languages. This work presents the software for creating tutorials and exams by philologists independently from software developers. To cover various features of natural languages and involve more abilities of users, such tutorials and exams contain randomly generated tasks of different types. Both questions and answers of the tasks can be text, graphic, sound, or combined. This software implements the algorithmic programming language for creating randomly generated (parameterized) tasks. The paper describes the objects, the syntax, and the procedure for generating random tasks in this programming language. The developed software is tested and used in secondary and higher educational institutions.

Introduction. The important factors affecting health and performance of young people are the conditions of education, in particular, a comfortable microclimate in the classrooms of higher educational institutions. Materials and methods. In view of the urgency of this problem, an analysis was made of the microclimate parameters of educational organizations of different profiles (Ufa city, the Republic of Bashkortostan). 294 classrooms were studied in 22 buildings of 4 leading universities in Ufa. A total of 3,822 measurements were taken to determine the parameters of the microclimate. The analysis of ionizing radiation in the aerial environment of classrooms. There was performed determination of radon and its affiliated products content. In order to assess the conditions and lifestyle of students of 4 higher educational institutions of the city of Ufa, we conducted an anonymous survey of 1,820 students of I and IV years of education. Results. The average temperature in the classrooms of all universities studied was 23.9±0.09 C. The average relative humidity in all classrooms was 34.2 ± 0.42%. Analysis of ionizing radiation (radon and its daughter products decay) in the aerial environment of the classrooms and sports halls located in the basement determined that the average annual equivalent equilibrium volumetric activity of the radon daughter products (EROA ± Δ222Rn) ranged from 28 ± 14 to 69 ± 34.5 meter, which meets the requirements established by SanPiN. Conclusion. The hygienic assessment of the microclimate parameters of educational institutions of various profile revealed a number of deviations from the regulated norms. The results indicate the need to control the parameters of the microclimate, both from the administration of universities, and from the professors. According to the results of the study, recommendations were prepared for the management of higher educational institutions in Ufa.
