Currently, philologists often use various software in studying and testing foreign languages. This work presents the software for creating tutorials and exams by philologists independently from software developers. To cover various features of natural languages and involve more abilities of users, such tutorials and exams contain randomly generated tasks of different types. Both questions and answers of the tasks can be text, graphic, sound, or combined. This software implements the algorithmic programming language for creating randomly generated (parameterized) tasks. The paper describes the objects, the syntax, and the procedure for generating random tasks in this programming language. The developed software is tested and used in secondary and higher educational institutions.

In accordance with historic analysis, the article considers the valued traditional and innovative fine arts studios of artists of different generations; they help to identify specific artistic features of artists of different generations who create artistic works of the information world. We describe the genesis of digital art practice development and demonstrate its influence on the renovation of classic fine art classification system via the digital works of different types and genres. The limits of artistic amateur field as a factor of professional and profane blurring in an artist’s personality are clarified. The new concept of “digital paradigm of fine art training at higher educational institutions” is proposed in the article as an innovative method of specific subjects studying. Methodology of professional skills development while designing digital works for students of artistic profession at higher education was justified and the results of local experience of its implementation at higher educational institutions of Ukraine were described.

One of the modern trends in both formal and corporate education is microlearning which involves using short videos in educational process. Microlearning has a variety of advantages including that this approach is more student-oriented, aimed at increasing the level of mastering knowledge, requires less time spent by students for learning, gives a possibility to study at any time and anywhere using own devices, increases motivation etc. The article deals with methodological aspects of creating educational video materials taking into account psychological peculiarities and learning habits of modern students. Video materials belong to the most powerful tools in educational process as they provide students with the possibility of simultaneous perception of auditory and visual information. Video materials must be strictly structured and involve students into learning process, in particular they could be included into different sources of electronic learning courses (ELC). There are different types of videos that are used in ELC such as introductory video, video lectures, video tutorials, additional video materials, interactive video. In spite of content variety all video materials undergo the same procedure of creation including dividing material into logically finished parts, notions definition, writing content questions, components structuring etc. Recording of a video must be a thoroughly planned process to ensure high quality of outcoming product. The article also deals with peculiarities of webinars as one of the possibilities of using video materials in educational process of higher educational institutions. Different types of webinars are analysed including tutorial webinar, lecture webinar, practical webinar. The tutorial covers the issues of building the basics of the 1C 8.3 programming language. It is intended for both beginners and advanced users. The presentation of the material is divided into two sections. The first section provides the basics of the 1C 8.3 programming language for beginners. The article deals with the peculiarities of blended learning implementation in teaching foreign languages for professional purposes at the institutions of higher education. The author examines the essence of blended learning model, which combines traditional form of study (face-to-face session) with online collaborative learning and all characteristics of information educational technologies, analyzes its main principles and priorities, as well as the difficulties of its introduction in the educational process of the university. In particular, the possibility of using blended learning as a means of improving the effectiveness of the educational process is considered. The article substantiates the methodical expediency of blended learning application in the process of teaching foreign languages for professional purposes at higher educational institutions at non-philological specialties. Recently, the higher educational institutions intensify the process of learning foreign languages through the introduction of the variety of teaching technologies. Blended learning is a combination of the traditional classroom and modern digital education. Blended learning can be an important direction in the modernization of higher education and a prerequisite for improving quality and efficiency of the learning process. The main advantages of blended learning are productivity, teamwork, individualization, asynchrony, speed, interactivity, didactic support, the presence of control systems, self-control, evaluation.

Innovative processes in the field of education and innovation as a scientific discipline are designed to reveal the essence of scientific design and masterful implementation of innovative technologies, to identify regular links between traditions and innovations, to substantiate management models of systemic innovations in educational institutions.The article analyzes the effectiveness of innovative technologies in the process of teaching foreign languages at non-language specialties in higher educational institutions. The concepts of “innovation”, “educational innovations”, “innovative learning” in the context of foreign language training of students of non-language specialties of higher education institutions are characterized. It was found out that innovative technologies in the process of teaching foreign languages in higher education institutions are considered by scientists on the basis of the principles of competence, activity and communicative approaches, in developing effective teaching models based on systematic research, application of modern teaching methods, involvement of students in project activities, problem methods using, application of information and telecommunication technologies. The author emphasized that the most effective among educational innovations that promote the study of foreign languages in non-language higher education institutions are interactive and information and communication technologies that give the educational process a dialogical nature, which can significantly improve and facilitate foreign language learning. The study confirms the effectiveness and efficiency of innovative technologies in the teaching of foreign languages in non-language HEIs, which provide unlimited opportunities for independent work of students, are the means by which teachers can develop individual characteristics of students, their intellectual, communicative and creative abilities, increase motivation to learn a foreign language, create a comfortable learning environment.
