Pencampuran (blending) batubara merupakan salah satu cara untuk menyesuaikan parameter kualitas batubara yang dijual agar sesuai dengan kriteria yang diharapkan pembeli. Pencampuran menggunakan batubara yang berasal dari beberapa perusahaan tambang memberikan banyak kemungkinan produk baru dengan parameter kualitas yang bervariasi. Simulasi pencampuran perlu dilakukan dalam menentukan beberapa opsi rumusan pencampuran untuk memenuhi kriteria parameter kualitas batubara. Dari beberapa opsi tersebut dipilih yang menghasilkan nilai produk paling optimum.Penelitian dilakukan pada Unit Pemrosesan Batubara/Coal Processing Plant (CPP) yang terletak di Desa Lepasan Kecamatan Marabahan Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Simulasi pencampuran menggunakan pendekatan teoritik yang didasari atas parameter permintaan pembeli. Kriteria parameter kualitas produk yang diharapkan adalah nilai kalori (CV) 4,100-4,300 kkal/kg, kelembaban total (TM) 32-35%, total sulphur (TS) 0.8-1%, dan kandungan abu (AC) 6-8%. Lima simulasi dilakukan terhadap tiap batubara yang berasal dari 5 lokasi tambang, yaitu  CPPA, CPPB, DK, BPR, dan GS. Opsi rumusan pencampuran yang memerlukan biaya pembelian terendah dan harga penjualan tertinggi dipilih sebagai yang paling optimum.Simulasi pencampuran batubara CPPA-DK menghasilkan 5 produk, batubara CPPA-BPR menghasilkan 2 produk, batubara CPPB-PT BPR menghasilkan 3 produk, dan batubara CPA-GS menghasilkan 5 produk batubara yang berada dalam batas permintaan pembeli. Sehingga dari 20 simulasi diperoleh 15 produk yang sesuai kriteria, sedangkan 5 sisanya tidak memenuhi kriteria. Rumusan pencampuran yang paling optimal didapat pada simulasi terhadap batubara CPPA-CVDK dengan perbandingan 6,924 ton batubara CPPA dan 576 ton batubara DK. Parameter kualitas batubara optimal yang diperoleh  adalah nilai kalori 4,100 kkal/kg, TM 32.79%, TS 0.11%, AC 6.93%. Harga dasar batubara untuk pencampuran ini sekitar IDR 289,177. Harga penjualan IDR 375,000/ton memberikan keuntungan IDR 85,824/ton. Kata-kata kunci: Pencampuran, Simulasi, Blending Batubara, Parameter Kualitas Batubara

Mineral coal is the main source of energy generation in the world. In Brazil, this energy source has a smaller share in the internal energy supply, 5.5% of the total. Despite this, issues of energy security, stable and low prices make coal a strategic source. Due to this source's importance, this work aims to evaluate the clean technologies used to mitigate the emission resulting from the combustion of coal from a thermoelectric plant that applies low quality coal in Brazil using an analytical hierarchy process to classify the viable technological alternatives for the production process. The articulation of the environmental management system was adequate to meet the environmental demands and the energy efficiency of the thermoelectric plant. However, the results suggest that the investment in a coal processing plant would increase the fuel quality, a critical factor in the reduction of operating milling costs, in the ash circuit, and the treatment of gaseous emissions.

PT Banua Tapin Mandiri merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa penambangan dan pengolahan batubara dan penjualan. Usaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas batubara memerlukan kegiatan pengolahan batubara (coal processing plant) serta penjualan batubara. Pertimbangan pengembangan usaha datang dari pemikiran bahwa Indonesia memiliki potensi sumber daya batubara yang cukup besar.Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menganalisis pencapai target produksi crusher dengan melihat hasil kapasitas produksi teori dan nyata crusher dan untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pencapaian target produksi dan kapasitas produksi aktua crusher.Hasil analisis kapasitas produksi aktual PT Banua Tapin Mandiri pada bulan November – Desember rata-rata sebesar 40.327 ton/bulan atau 1.845,05 ton/hari atau 267,99 ton/jam. Dengan merekomendasikan tiga sistem pengumpanan maka produktivitas unit crusher meningkat dari  183,5 ton/jam menjadi 527,31 ton/jam, Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tidak tercapainya kapasitas produksi aktual tahun 2016 yaitu supply material batubara dalam setiap bulannya bervariasi antara 47.000-70.000 Kata-kata kunci : produksi teoritis crusher, produksi aktual, crushing plant

Introduction. The issue of air pollution is relevant in cities where the majority of the population lives and a large number of industrial enterprises are concentrated in relatively small areas. Currently, the federal project “Clean Air” is being implemented in 12 industrial centres of Russia within the framework of the national project “Ecology”. The purpose of the work was to justify using statistical and mathematical methods for assessing the impact of atmospheric pollution on the health of the population in the city of Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo region. Materials and methods. The following methods were used: assessment and management of public health risk, statistical analysis methods: factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, discriminant analysis. Results. Statistical indices and public health risk parameters can be used to assess the impact. Examples of the effect of complex pollution indices (the main components of pollution, the integral indicator P) and the concentrations of individual impurities in the air basin (suspended substances, ozone) were given. The carcinogenic risk to the population of Novokuznetsk, calculated from the calculated concentrations of atmospheric pollutants, was found to exceed the acceptable risk threshold. The specific weight of carcinogens in the formation of the risk to other oncological incidence was determined. An assessment of the risk from the emissions of a coal-processing plant located near residential areas of the city was carried out. The values of the hazard indices showed an excess of the acceptable non-carcinogenic risk only from the emissions of the coal processing plant, taking into account the background level of air pollution in the air basin. Conclusion. In Novokuznetsk, it is proposed to use the method of ranking atmospheric protection measures in terms of the unit cost of risk reduction in health risk management. To manage the risk, it is proposed to calculate the population indices of aerogenic hazard or the probabilistic parameters of the individual threat associated with air pollution. It is noted that a 20-22% reduction in pollutant emissions for Novokuznetsk may not be enough. The reasonable measures for the further study of the aerogenic impact on the population of the city are presented.
