This research is analysis of electricity demand, and focus for small industry sector in PT Perusahaan listrik Negara (Persero) or PT PLN (Persero). Dependent variable is demand electricity or kWh sales, and independent variable consist of install capacity, average tariff, and rate of capacity using percustomers. Step of research and process result based on SPSS calculation, and use cross section data on January 2010. Obtain result that install capacity has given positif impact, and average tariff and rate of capacity using percustomers has given negative impact. All of that independent variable has significant influence to electricity demand of small industry sector. PLN’s management has to observe growth of explanatory variable to make policy for demand and supply equilibrium and toward customers satisfaction.

As for used analysis model follow its data distribution that is the non linear regression model being based on Ln with dependent variable is demand electricity or kWh sales, and independent variable consist of install capacity, average tariff, and rate of capacity using percustomers. Obtain result that install capacity and rate of capacity using percustomers have given positif impact, and average tariff have given negative impact. All of that independent variable have significant influence, and install capacity variable most its influence significant to electricity demand of consumptive sector. PLN’s management has to observe growth of explanatory variable to make policy for demand and supply equilibrium and toward customers satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence educated unemployment in Java. The data used in this study is secondary data using quantitative methods. Data analysis uses panel data analysis which is a combination of time series and cross-section data. The time-series data uses data for the 2015-2019 period and cross-section data from 6 provinces on the island of Java. The results showed that simultaneously all variables had a significant effect on the level of educated unemployment. While partially shows that the variable level of education and PMDN have a significant positive impact on educated unemployment, and the UMR variable has a significant negative impact on educated unemployment.

The aim of this research was to analyze the factors which influence the paddy production of legowo cropping system on Dusun Besar Subdistrict Gading Cempaka District Bengkulu City. The respondents were 56 farmers from 65 farmers of three  types of legowo cropping system 4:1, 6:1 dan 8:1 and they were taken with Slovin Formula.  The cross section data used in this research include paddy  production, land size, seed, urea, labour, and the type of legowo system as dummy variables. To determine influencing factors of production, this research applied  Cobb Douglass model.  The research results showed that seed used is significat factor but has a negative impact on production, while urea and legowo type of 4:1 have positive and significant effect on production.  Keywords : legowo system, paddy, production function, Cobb - Douglass
