Trading company is a company that purely only sells products whoseproducts have been provided by suppliers or manufacturers with the aimof creating added value. Trading company financial reports must bereported annually. The company has the goal of increasing profits,therefore company leaders try to manage earnings. To achieve this,researchers conducted mini research on good corporate government andearning management. The result of this research is that GCG (GoodCorporate Governance) does not have a significant effect on earningmanagement

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of core service qualityand peripheral service quality on Patient Satisfaction at RSUD Dr.Soegiri Lamongan. The number of samples in this study were 36patients RSUD Dr. Soegiri Lamongan. Data collection techniques usingquestionnaires, interviews, and literature review. Analysis of the data inthis study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26 software.The results of this study indicate that core service quality and peripheralservice quality have a significant effect on Patient Satisfaction inpatientDr. Soegiri Lamongan in parallel or simultaneously

Given the Covid-19 pandemic, most companies are currently facingsupply chain risks in the future. This provides a common thread thatmaintaining the stability of industrial supply chain management duringthe Covid-19 pandemic is a very important matter, including for PTBerlian Gresik. Based on the objectives, this study used a designexplanatory research (hypothesis testing) with the causality approachwhich aims to explain causal relationships. The population in this studyconsisted of all employees at PT Berlian Gresik, totaling 96 employees.While the sampling technique in this study used a saturated samplingmethod, so that the sample used was also a number of existingpopulations. The analysis technique used is structural equationmodeling with the Smart PLS 3 program tools. The results of this studyare (1) Supply Chain Management positive and significant effect onCompany Performance; (2) Supplay Chain Management positive andsignificant effect on Competitive Advantage; and (3) CompetitiveAdvantage has a positive and significant effect to CompanyPerformance.

This study examines supply chain management analysis of companyperformance through a competitive advantage strategy. This study aimsto determine the effect of supply chain management on companyperformance by using (through) a competitive advantage strategy in thebead handicraft industry in the city of Samarinda. The researchmethodology is a quantitative method using PLS data analysistechniques. The population of the bead handicraft industry in the city ofSamarinda is 39 units. The obtained data samples using the censusmethod as a whole from the total population. The result showed thatsupply chain management has a significant positive effect oncompetitive advantage strategy. Compatitive advantage strategy hassignificant positive effect on company performance. The increase incompany performance is influenced by supply chain management byusing (through) a competitive advantage strategy. The benefit of thisresearch is to demonstrate the importance of a competitive advantagestrategy for the bead handicraft industry in the city of Samarindaconcerning improved performance, which in turn will increase sales andprofits.

This research aims to prove and analyze the influence of competence,work characteristics, work environment, spiritual quotient, onorganizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)and employee performance in the Laboratory Installation of RSUD PatutPatuh Patju West Lombok. This study is a causal explanatory study. Asample of 38 respondents, data analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS).The results showed there was a significant positive influence on:competence to OCB and employee performance; rusteristic work towardsorganizational commitment; work environment to organizationalcommitment; organizational commitment to OCB and employeeperformance; OCB on employee performance. Gained insignificantinfluence on: competence to organizational commitment; rusteristic ofemployment against OCB and employee performance; work environmenttowards OCB and employee performance; Spiritual quotient toorganizational commitment, OCB and employee performance. Theconclusion of the results of the study is that there are seven hypothesesthat can be accepted and there are eight hypotheses that are rejected.

The purpose of this study is to find out how much the amount ofRegional Taxes, Regional Levies and Regional Original Revenue (PAD)of Seruyan Regency in 2015-2019, as well as knowing the effect ofRegional Taxes and Regional Levies on Regional Original Income (PAD)both simultaneously and partially. The population in this study is theSeruyan Regency APBD Realization Report for the 2015-2019 fiscal year.The sample technique used in this research is judgment sampling. Theanalysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysisand multiple regression. Based on the data analysis, information isobtained that the amount of Original Regional Revenue in 2015, 2016 and2019 has decreased, while in 2017 and 2018, Regional Original Incomehas increased, this indicates that the original Regional Revenue data isgrouped or does not vary.Keywords: Local Taxes, Regional Retributions, Local Revenue

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how much the level offinancial literacy in students of Economics, University of 17 August 1945Samarinda, and the authors wanted to know whether there was an influence of thelevel of financial literacy on interest in using Financial Technology products. Thistype of research is descriptive quantitative research using probability randomsampling techniques with student respondents majoring in managementaccounting study program. In this study, the data analysis used was descriptiveanalysis and multiple regression analysis using JASP. The results of this studyindicate that (1) the level of digital financial literacy has a significant effect onbuying interest in financial technology products, (2) which indicates that financialbehavior has no significant effect on buying interest. in financial technologyproducts.Keywords : Financial Literacy, Financial Behavior, Purchase Interest in FinancialTechnology Products

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of compensation,competence and self-efficacy on job satisfaction and its impact on theperformance of inpatient nurses in the Patut Patuh Patju Hospital.Collecting data using the census method with a number of respondents63 nurses. Primary data collection was carried out by distributingquestionnaires which were prepared using a Likert scale and thenanalyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the PartialLeast Square (PLS) program. The results showed that the compensationvariable had a significant effect on job satisfaction and nurseperformance. The competency variable has no significant effect on jobsatisfaction, but has a significant effect on nurse performance. The selfefficacyvariable has no significant effect on job satisfaction. but has asignificant effect on nurse performance. Job satisfaction variable has asignificant effect on nurse performance. The conclusion of this study isthat the variables of compensation, competence, self- efficacy, and jobsatisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of inpatientnurses in the Patut Patuh Patju Hospital Gerung.Keywords: compensation; competence; job satisfaction; nurseperformance; self efficacy
